colder weather. Warm weather is needed for this to happen. I looked over the contract and and we were only installing the vents. Mr. [redacted] was going to attach the hose to the exhaust vents. Mrs. [redacted] did contact me in late February/early March through a text message, I then reached out to her through a phone call, leaving a voicemail asking her to call me back so as to make arrangements to address any issues that may be occurring with the roof. I never heard back from her. I have tried reaching out to her numerous times, via phone, to resolve any issues. I would be more than happy, given the opportunity, to visit the property and address any issues that may be occurring. I don't ignore my customers and always address any concerns they may have. Communication is a big part of my business and I pride myself on this.

this is a lie I can give you text and a phone log he didn't even come out to see what is going on he don't stand behind his work . we don't want him back he is not a man of his word . if I could show you the text and pictures of this . I am going to go back to the building department . I need this roof fixed and the leaks and as you can see from his response the vent is not going to be fixed cant under stand how he has no comments
