Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. My regards are not slanderI have an email from the buyer's agent stating that you DID in fact quote a priceI don't know how your time in the *** ***, or ***, or construction law has anything to do with your inaccurate proposal, so I'm going to ignore your life history that you wrote in the complaintWhat I WILL focus on is that the siding is being done AS I TYPE THIS, and the TOTAL cost to remove the old siding, insulate, and install new siding is $17,Your quote of $30,or even $25,was WAY off base and you had NO knowledge to make those estimatesI don't care how long you've been in business; my complaint has an actual foundation of legitimate fact, backed by the contract in place for siding and by the email I have on file which states that you DID provide an inaccurate estimate based on no knowledge whatsoever of what the job would entailThat is not slander; that is cold fact that I can proveSlander is aimlessly degrading someone, like what you did in your response by stating I am a "disgruntled homeowner"The fact is, I'm not disgruntled at all; the fact is, I can prove what I have claimed against youAgain, this is FACT, not opinionI stand by my complaintsIf you want to seek legal counsel, that is your decisionBut remember that facts can be provenGood luckRegards,

To Whom It May Concern.I am writing in response to a complaint filed against my company with the Revdex.com by Mr. [redacted] of [redacted]As Mr. [redacted] stated I am no siding laborer. Let me tell you who and what I am.I started as a young man working as a laborer working...

in my brother in laws Construction Company. I also worked for my dad in the family business a tool and die machine shop. Where I learned to read blue prints and estimate jobs based on machine’s need and time. Having a family at a young age and wanting to better my life. I joined the [redacted] where I was trained in Construction Management. I received an associate’s degree in contract law. I wrote and administered construction contracts, worked with engineering to ensure project scope. I awarded the contracts, qualified all prices and scope of work required, job evaluation reports. I completed weekly progress schedule report’s, I conducted weekly labor interviews. I built roads, installed water pipe lines erected 18 foot high security fences. I left the military and worked in the construction field as a project manager evaluating construction contracts. I grew tired of office work 6 day a week 10hrs a day I left and went to school again the [redacted] school of engineering I obtained my High and Low pressure boiler engineer license I worked in high rises in down town Boston. I then obtained my [redacted] license I also completed courses in Lock smith Plumbing, electrical, I performed all forms of maintenance in a residential and commercial high rises. I also received my license as a general contractor I performed commercial and residential construction projects. I purchased a house and required a home inspection that was it. I then started back to school and trained 8 months on the job training while attending home inspectors school at night. I then worked in the field for 4 yrs prior to opening my own company.I have been in practice for 11 yrs and to date this is the first time I have had to defend myself from wild accusations from a disgruntled home owner. I have attached two letters from the buyer and the buyer’s agent both attest to the fact I never quoted any prices. I never stated the wild accusations Mr.[redacted] claim’s. His clams amount to slander. I explained too my client it would cost more to remove old damaged ( bugs and wood pecker damaged noted ) siding and replace a vapor barrier add insulation then install new vinyl siding and that the price my client received from the contractor he contacted was 25,ooo dollars I informed him the price of 9,000 to 13,000 most likely was covering over old damaged material . I strongly recommended my client obtain his own price quotes and not the home owners .My client stated he wanted it removed and replaced to ensure no damaged remained behind I agreed w/ the price being more in line with what my client wanted and not the quick over lay. Again instructing him to obtain price’s in writing. There were many other issues with the property that were exposed after the inspection was completed. So Mr. [redacted] I am more than qualified to estimate a simple job like siding of a home Price depends on materials and methods used. Sir If you proceed to slander my company name in this manner I will turn it over to my legal counsel and gladly see you in court, The end.[redacted]  Owner Dreamweaver Home inspections Inc.
