To Whom It May Concern.I am writing in response to a complaint filed against my company with the Revdex.com by Mr [redacted] of [redacted] As Mr [redacted] stated I am no siding laborerLet me tell you who and what I am.I started as a young man working as a laborer working in my brother in laws Construction CompanyI also worked for my dad in the family business a tool and die machine shopWhere I learned to read blue prints and estimate jobs based on machine’s need and timeHaving a family at a young age and wanting to better my lifeI joined the [redacted] where I was trained in Construction ManagementI received an associate’s degree in contract lawI wrote and administered construction contracts, worked with engineering to ensure project scopeI awarded the contracts, qualified all prices and scope of work required, job evaluation reportsI completed weekly progress schedule report’s, I conducted weekly labor interviewsI built roads, installed water pipe lines erected foot high security fencesI left the military and worked in the construction field as a project manager evaluating construction contractsI grew tired of office work day a week 10hrs a day I left and went to school again the [redacted] school of engineering I obtained my High and Low pressure boiler engineer license I worked in high rises in down town BostonI then obtained my [redacted] license I also completed courses in Lock smith Plumbing, electrical, I performed all forms of maintenance in a residential and commercial high risesI also received my license as a general contractor I performed commercial and residential construction projectsI purchased a house and required a home inspection that was itI then started back to school and trained months on the job training while attending home inspectors school at nightI then worked in the field for yrs prior to opening my own company.I have been in practice for yrs and to date this is the first time I have had to defend myself from wild accusations from a disgruntled home ownerI have attached two letters from the buyer and the buyer’s agent both attest to the fact I never quoted any pricesI never stated the wild accusations Mr[redacted] claim’sHis clams amount to slanderI explained too my client it would cost more to remove old damaged ( bugs and wood pecker damaged noted ) siding and replace a vapor barrier add insulation then install new vinyl siding and that the price my client received from the contractor he contacted was 25,ooo dollars I informed him the price of 9,to 13,most likely was covering over old damaged material I strongly recommended my client obtain his own price quotes and not the home owners .My client stated he wanted it removed and replaced to ensure no damaged remained behind I agreed w/ the price being more in line with what my client wanted and not the quick over layAgain instructing him to obtain price’s in writingThere were many other issues with the property that were exposed after the inspection was completedSo Mr [redacted] I am more than qualified to estimate a simple job like siding of a home Price depends on materials and methods usedSir If you proceed to slander my company name in this manner I will turn it over to my legal counsel and gladly see you in court, The end[redacted] Owner Dreamweaver Home inspections Inc
