Review: Dream works came out to repair around the gutter area in the front and back of the house as a result of Hurricane Sandy. As a result of the repair , I have squirrels going into my attic where they did not properly repair. I did not have this issue before Dream Works did their repairs. I had set up a payment schedule with Dream Work. The total job cost $350. I paid $175. But before I can pay the other $175. I heard squirrels in my attic. I called dream works and explained to them about the squirrels. I asked that they correct the problem. They asked that I pay the balance and then they would come back. I asked they come and do the repairs then I'll pay them. They refused. They are requesting I pay them before correct the issue. In the meantime my issue with the squirrels is getting worse by the day. The way he responded to me, I know he was going to take the money and not come back. I need dream works to correct what they did and I will pay them on the spot. Thank you for helping me.Desired Settlement: That they properly attached the pieces and close the holes, so I can pay them.
