PLease refer the above identification number, I was chosen with the third part company called Appliance Repairman to perform the refrigerator repair to the customer in Germantown, Md. The job was repaired and completed the same day on may 23rd 2016.Few days later, I received a call from the customer...

that the refrigerator was not working again, I was not able to service the customer because  I was out of town for few day. We schedule for another appointment but I was not able to service because I was still out of town. The customer did report to Appliance Repairman and I told the repairman I was not in town at the moment but they were not able to send someone else to the job because  I was the one who started the job from the beginning.Customer got upset and he refused to talk to me and he end up writing a bad review on my website.I totally understood customer's concern and I'm going to issue a full refund of $189.00 today (08/24/2016) to the customer with check number [redacted].Remember a portion of this money goes to the third part company to hire me to do the job, and I wonder why customer did not deal with them at the first place.I'm doing this to be able to clear my name with customer and Revdex.com.Thank you in advanceStephen Peter M[redacted]Dremus Appliance Repair###-###-####.

Stephen is a conman. He demanded a 1450.00 payment in advanced and them proceeded to ruin my Sub Zero refrigerator which worked prior to his intervention and now will not cool beyond room temperature. He never returned to correct the disgraceful mess he has left and he does not answer the numerous calls made to his number. The appointments are not kept and his solemn undertaking to remedy the damage caused by his utter incompetence is just a blatant lie.

He stated that he had the skill and knowledge to fix the high end appliance but this was a callous lie. He clearly knew that he was not able to fix the refrigerator which is the reason that he demanded the payment before he worked on the appliance.

It was always his intention to take the money and abandon the job. When I inquired over the 90 day labour and parts guarantee he laughed and stated that the document that he provided was an receipt for payment and that he had no intention of honoring the guarantee. I have all of this documented and the incidents have been witnessed by my housekeeper if anyone has doubts over the accuracy of this information.

Stephen unfortunately lacks the knowledge to diagnosis the problem and clearly is unable and unwilling to correct the problem. He is a rouge repairman with no conscious or integrity. Do not be fooled by this conman.

He has called me and questioned the negative review but could not answer why the refrigerator remains non functional four weeks after he the day he arrived and was paid the quoted amount of 1450.00 This payment was made on the stated understanding that he was a competent serviceman and that he would fix and guarantee the repairs.

I can state unequivocally that the unit ran prior to his intervention and was functioning making ice and that it maintained temperature. the problem as I viewed it was that the unit ran constantly.

Presently over a month later the unit continues to run constantly but does not cool beyond room temperature and of course is incapable of producing ice.

I have never complained in a open forum before. Through his actions willful damage and neglect Stephen has succeeded in upsetting a reasonable man to the point that I feel compelled to warn others of his behavior

Review: While repairing my refrigerator,the serviceman had difficulty moving the appliance and put two ten inch gouges in the tile kitchen floor. I called to attempt to compromise with the owner as far as compensation and was told that he was not responsible.Desired Settlement: I would like compensation for the removal of the damaged tiles and installation of two new ones.
