Regards,He did hang up on meand there was only other person with me at the drop off of my truck. He is completely and fully responsible for the damage to my truck and I will continue to pursue him for compensation for the damages. If he cannot admit to being at fault then small claims court might persuade him

received and correct some info: I didnt hang up on the customer when she called me, instead I listened to her and explained to her how the damage shes claiming is not related to the service and was directed to call Agero damage department if shes not convinced, which she did and you can find the report results from the claim department at Agero Roadside forwarded below this messageCustomer was on scene at the time of service with her friends who was on the drop off location at the time car was delivered
