I got there credit card, and it was a huge mistake!
My original amount was $Now, mo later, I still owe them $!
There is no grace period for a payment If you paid your bill the next day after due date, you are late, and you are going to be charged $+ their regular finance chargeI know, I should be paying on time Just sharing my experience with Dress Barn Learn from my mistakes:-)
The only way you do payments is to set up automatic withdrawal, by giving them your checking account numberOnce, a charge hit my bank on weekends, when I didn't have enough money, even my check was deposited My bank doesn't submit checks on weekend Physical check was there, but not in my account yetWell, I ended up getting $dollars fee from my bank, $fee from Dress Barn Than my payment was resubmitted by the store + some kind of finance charge for $No wonder, I cannot pay off my balance !
And I was trying to pay more that my monthly payment was, in order to pay it off faster ! But it doesn't matter how much you pay If you late, you get $fee !
Printed out all the transactions out for my teenage daughter to see, and learn from her Mother's mistakesSay "NO" to credit cards offers!
Paid today $ As soon as I be able, I will pay off the rest of it, and close my accountAnd never again!
I bet Dress Barn makes millions on people like me! No, don't want to "feed " them with my fee money!

Review: On August 11 I went online to look for a dress for a wedding. During my purchase the site asked me for my email address after I insert it I was giving great prices I chose two dresses and purchase it using my debit card. Anyhow hours later I get an email saying that there was an error on dress prices and they offered me 25%after emailing them saying it was bait and switch I get another email saying that item was sold out so I go into the site and items are still being sold at different price. I emailed them again and they apologized and once again offered me 25%. I feel this was bait n switch my card has not been credit for the amount still my bank is going to try to take care of that. I am very upset that those site can switch things so fast and not honor the price giving to me. I have all my emails from the horrible experience.Desired Settlement: I want price to be honor, or atvleat closer to the price I want my money credited back to me account.



There was an invalid promotion on [redacted]. Because of this glitch, our system was not able to process any online order affiliated with this promotion. FINAL RESOLUTION: contacted the customer and replaced order with original promotion.

Review: I placed an order #[redacted] on March 12, 2015 for 3 items I purchased through dress barn. I have been waiting on this order for a week, and I have not heard anything from this company on why I haven't received my order. I emailed them to find out the status because no one at this company did not bother to email or call me at all. I contacted dress barn live chat and I talked with representative [redacted] on March 18th, but she was not helpful at all b/c she kept telling me she did not have access to verify why I have not received my order. She stated, she would have to notify her supervisor b/c she could not see my order at their warehouse. I asked her to cancel the order but she said she does not have access to do so (but she's in customer service). I gave her my email address so that her supervisor can contact me about the order.When I heard from the supervisor, she was sorry for the inconvenience. I emailed the supervisor (I assumed) and let her know I want the order cancel. I received an email from dress barn on March 20th, asking me if I wanted to have the order shipped to me or cancel the order for a refund to my credit card company. I asked if I could not be "charged" for shipping/handling b/c they did not know what happened to my order in their system (due to error on their part). I emailed them March 20th to cancel the order, but I did not hear back from them; until now, that my order have been shipped. I emailed them that I am very angry b/c I wanted the order canceled. They did not listen to my request, so when I received this order. I have to return the items to dress barn and pay for the shipping/handling fees myself; which is not right. I have been requesting to have this order canceled through [redacted] and whomever the supervisor is at this company, but no one tried to stop this order. I am very upset over this.Desired Settlement: They took it upon themselves to ship this order even when I requested to Shirley on March 18th to have this order cancel.I want them to stop the transit on this order and return their merchandise to their own company. I want a full refund/credit to my credit card company.I am displeased with this company, and I will never order from this company again.
