Review: Bait & Switch and Ignore Your Calls

Took over 3 months for my recent order to ship and when I received it clearly wasn't what I ordered. The product I ordered was advertised as leather and the product I received was clearly polyester (and was labeled as such). It was also the wrong color. They also do not answer their customer service line and ignored numerous emails and voice mails over a several week period.Desired Settlement: Of course I shouldn't have to pay for either a product that wasn't what I ordered or the cost of shipping it to me. I am entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price ($19.00) and the shipping and handling charge ($10.95) for a total of $29.95. $29.95 should be refunded to my credit card via the same PayPal account I used to purchase the product.

Review: I originally ordered a bathsuit through Moolala, that was a certificate for the suit to be ordered through the company Dress To Flirt. After waiting over a month for my order I received emails directly from Dress To Flirt that said that it was the fault of Moolala that we had not received the order and that we should cancel the order with Moolala and place the order directly through Dress to Flirt, which I did. When I still had not received the order after several weeks I emailed them and was told that the order had to be placed again paying through paypal and that a refund of the original money would be made. I have emailed over and over requesting the status of the order and/or a tracking number and I kept getting emails back promising that it was going to be mailed out that week, now they are not responding to my emails (3 this week) and I have not received the order, also I have paided 3 times and not been refunded for the 2 times that I was told I was going to be.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded ($45.00).

Review: I made my order on 2/26/2014, weeks went by and I didn't get any shipping info so I contacted them they stated, " they were advertising things they didn't even have yet so they are waiting for it to come in" Then when the stuff came in almost a month later it wasn't my complete order. I have been trying to contact Dress to Flirt via email since that is the only contact that is available and its been going on two weeks no reply nor no package of the remaining content of my order.Desired Settlement: I've been patiently waiting for over a month as well as I already went on the trip so I dont even have use of the stuff I purchased for a while now. I've never experience such horrible customer service in my online experience. Very unfortunate that I felt that I had to contact Revdex.com so that no one else experiences what I have with Dress to flirt.

Review: I purchased a bikini from them several months ago. It did not fit, so I looked up their return policy, and discovered I could return it for a refund. I returned the item promptly, b ut did not recieve my refund. After several emails, where I provided my order number, I have been told they will look in to it, but still have not recieved a response or my refund. There were several back and forth emails where they said I could cancel my order...clearly not understanding that I had recieved my order and rfeturned it. I explained this several times, but still have not recieved my refund, or a response. If needed, I can provide you with the emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve my refund, since I no longer have the bikini, it was returned.

This is 12/31/2014 and I still have not received my order. I've contacted them 3 times and have had no response.Desired Settlement: I'd either like the products I ordered or I would like them to refund my money!

Review: I placed an order on October 22, 2014. I sent an email requesting the status of my order and on 12/2/2014 I received an email that there was a back order and my order had just arrived and I would "receive it the beginning of next week". I never received tracking information so I sent another email requesting the status of my order. December 13, 2014 I received another email that I would "have the tracking number by Tuesday". I have since sent five emails and have not received a tracking number, my order, or a response to my emails.Desired Settlement: I would either like my order sent or a refund in a timely fashion.

Review: I have a couple of pending orders (one from a smaller company that they absorbed and said they would honor) that have never been shipped to me. I have paid for all products and now I cannot even get a response from the customer service contact.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund since I have been assured on more than one occasion that they would send me product for my account credit I had accumulated. I am not confident that if I asked for delivery of product or complimentary product that they would ever send anything.

Review: I purchased a voucher from Moolala (who I have already filed a Revdex.com complaint with in Austin, TX) for a bikini ordered from Dresstoflirt.com This was a 3rd party special deal, Moolala sends the voucher to DresstoFlirt to pay for the item, then I pay Dress to Flirt money to ship the product (in this case a bikini). I am getting the run around from both companies. I received an email from DresstoFlirt saying that Moolala did not forward the monies to them to honor the voucher - Moolala says that it is DresstoFlirt not honoring their end of the bargain. Either way, I am out monies - being charged shipping for something that I was never even sent. I have filed complaints with both companies - Moolala responded saying they woiuld offer me another swimsuit discount and I told them, no I do not wish to do business with them - they in turn said they will refund my credit card but that could take days (I have not yet received a refund).

However, DresstoFlirt has yet to even respond to my 2 complaints. Below is the email I sent to Dresstoflirt:

M I would like a refund of the $ I paid for shipping for the high waisted bikini. I am no longer interested in dealing with Dress to Flirt OR Moolala. I feel I have been scammed by both of you companies and I will be reporting both of your business to the Revdex.com. See the email I received from Dress to Flirt today:

Dear Valued Customer, We sincerely apologize for the time that it is taking for you to receive your bikini. Please understand that this type of order is a group purchase and we rely on Moolala to forward your payment for your purchase to us. Under normal circumstances, daily deal sites pay us within 5 days of the deal ending. Unfortunately Moolala has been financially challenged for the last 2, maybe 3 months and has not been able to pay us. We have been told multiple times that payment will be here by a certain date, but each date that arrives they are unable to pay us again. Unfortunately we no longer can wait for the payments as it is ruining our reputation with you. We had hoped that they would be able to pay us last Monday as they promised again and again. We are told it will be another week. If you are okay with the delay in shipping your bikini and would like to give Moolala more time to pay us for your bikini, you may do so. If you are not okay with more delays, please contact Moolala to request a refund and pay us direct the same price of $15 for the high-waisted bikini and $19 for the Victoria's Secret inspired bikini. If you choose to get a refund from Moolala and pay us direct, for your inconvenience we will also add a free beach dress or sarong to your order. Please reply to this email and let us know which direction you would like to continue. If you could please include your order number and a contact number, we will get back to you promptly to take your order. Thank you for your support and understanding in this matter. Sincerely, Management

Obviously, I am unhappy. It has been almost a month and I am out money from both of your companies and I have received NOTHING but emails.

I will be expecting a refund of the $7 you charged to my credit card - as well I will be letting my credit card company know that this was not a valid charge.

Review: I placed an order and the company sent me 2 items out of 13 or so. Then they send me a bill to pay them again for the order I already paid for. I contacted them very upset about why I should pay them twice. They asked me to dispute the original charge with my bank and then pay them again through paypal because they had changed owners, and I noticed a change in their address so that seemed reasonable enough. I did complain a bit about how I had not yet received any information about my order and it had taken months to even get this information. They agreed to adjust the amount I needed to pay so that I wouldn't need to pay for shipping anymore.

The "new owner" [redacted] was very nice and extremely responsive through this whole process. He even said they no longer had one of the things I ordered and to choose something else. He said my order would be sent the following week and delivered the week after. I am about a 45 minute drive from the warehouse so it shouldn't take long to get it to me once it ships.

We 'resolved' the payment issue and he sent that last email Aug 14th.

I followed up

Aug 27th and received a response on Aug 28th saying I should receive my package "next week"

I have since emailed them back on Sept 3, Sept 5, Sept 8, Sept 10, and today asking where my package is and if I could at least get a tracking number. No response.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: At this point I work only 15 minutes away from their warehouse. I'd gladly go pick it up... I JUST WANT MY PACKAGE. It cost me $115... Worst case scenario they can give me a refund but I really like their products and would really love to just get the stuff I ordered.

Review: I have been dealing with this company since Feb 2014 in returning new merchandise. I have sent the items back to the company, however I have not received a refund of $52.80 for the merchandise. I am also requesting a refund of the shipping I paid $14.95. The representative gave me the return address, however the package was rejected on site and returned to me. I then had to send it again, whereas the vendor informed me to write "rejected" on the package. I now have no way to trace the package, which was mailed over 2 months ago. I have send over 50 emails to the company only to get a random reply that they will take care of the matter. The most recent was on August 4, whereas "[redacted]" assured me that this would be taken care of. I have not heard from him since. I would appreciated anything you can do to assist me in getting a refund for the merchandise and the shipping as funds are tight for me as I am recently unemployed. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: Refund check, no store credit as I am in of the money to pay bills.
