Review: On 12/*/15,I purchased a winter coat at Dress Barns. Since the weather in NY was warm therefore I did not start to wear coat until the last part of December, 2015. I wore the coat approximately 3-4 times and the inside lining started to shred at the side. I took the coat back and the manager said since I wore the coat she will take it back. She told me to contact customer service which I did. They told me to send a picture of the coat and send. I sent the picture but since the coat is a very light tan the picture did not come out clear. I contacted customer service on 1/**/16 and she said that they could not see the picture and if the manager will help the customer that is the end of the problem. I am a senior and my money is valuable. I paid $71.20 for this coat and now the lining all ripping/shedding out.Desired Settlement: I am will to take a store credit or they can take coat back offering a refund.
