I was told I would receive my order by 11-*.. I did not

I have emailed and emailed.. daily.. to no avail

I have called the number listed many many times and the message mailbox is full and will not accept more messagesDesired Settlement: I just want the dress I ordered.. a simple fix... SHIP IT

Review: I ordered a Tony Bowls dress for my daughters prom from dress empire last week on April[redacted] at about 11:00am and according to the webiste if the dress is in stock and you order before 12pm eastern time they will do same day delivery so I ordered the dress, it was in stock and it was before 12pm. So after my order, I was given a message that said they will email me with a tracking number once they ship it so that I can track my order. Well now its May [redacted]. The prom is May[redacted] and we have NO DRESS and NO TRACKING NUMBER! I paid $150 for the dress and paid extra to get it here earlier. I havent received any form of communication other than a reciept of payment. No one is answering my emails, the 2 numbers on the website are wrong numbers they always send me to a recording that doesnt specify if its dress empire both numbers say " You have reached [redacted]" EVERYTIME I call that message come up and I call 10 times a day. Now we are 2 days away from prom and we have NO DRESS! Now I have to spend extra money that I dont have to buy another dress!Desired Settlement: I want a refund...I dont want the dress anymore I just want my money returned to my account and if they are taking peoples money and not coming through with the product, or communicating with their customers, then they need to be shut down or people should be warned of this company because its a scam!

Review: I purchased a dress from Dress Empire online and got an email that the dress was currently out of stock. I tried to contact them to cancel the order because I need the dress now not later. I have tried calling several times and get a message stating the mailbox is filled and an error has occurred. I have left several message on the online chat because again no one is available - no response from them. I have sent several emails and no response from them. Also, left several message on the " can't call, we will call you" - no response. There is a no return policy and I don't want to have to pay for a dress that I will not need. I am very concerned that is what is going to happen. I just don't know what to do, please help me resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: I want to cancel the order.

Review: On May **, 2014 I checked my debit card account and saw an unauthorized purchase at Dress Empire that I did not purchase. I immediately contacted my bank to have my debit card closed and was issued a new one. Meanwhile I googled this "Dress Empire" which led me to this website www.dressempire.com. Usually their is a gap between the time an online order is placed and the time a merchandise actually ships from the storage or warehouse location, to the time a customer is actually charged. On the website I found two e-mail addresses ([redacted] & [redacted]) and have e-mailed them numerous times to cancel the order. I have attempted to email them 5 times. Moreover, on their website they have a contact number for customers wishing to cancel orders or those who have any inquires concerning the merchandise: ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. I called them at least over 6 times (both numbers) and every time I get a message stating that "the mailbox is full and an error has occurred." I thought to myself this is really strange and decided to pay a trip to this "DRESS EMPIRE" by going to the address they advertise on their website: "[redacted]," so I could speak to the [redacted] and cancel the unauthorized purchase in person. To my dismay when I got to the location a security guard in the building told me that they don't exist that there is no business by that name in this building.Desired Settlement: I would like the order which is unauthorized to be "CANCELLED" and a Refund statement to my checkings account in the amount of the unauthorized purchase. since
