I am rejecting this response because:I have been burned for trusting the words from this dealership before and I cannot wait till end of next week to receive our check (doing so will exceed my allowed 7 calendar days to keep this claim open).Until I have received our refund check and received our maintenance package from American Honda on 2 of our leases, I have to keep this claim open and unresolved.

was over 2000. You are paying under dealers cost at 1400. Schaumburg Honda is covering the remaining balance. That also comes with a 2yr 24,000 mile warranty. This is a very fair solution seeing as you purchased an AS/IS car.

I am rejecting this response...

because: I realize that I signed the contract, however, these contracts are intentionally confusing and hard to understand. And I was being rushed and pressured. What I'm saying is that I verbally told both the salesperson and the finance manager I did not want to put a down payment. The finance manager replied that they would like at least the "first month's payment". So they lied to me.In addition, my other two concerns were not addressed. Why are they lying that the 2017 HRV's were not out at the end of November, when they clearly were? And why was the finance mananager pushing me towards a six year finance when I wanted a lease? It was clearly done to pad your pockets. I'm completely disgusted with the dishonesty from this dealership.

issuing you a copy of the check sent to your lienholder if you would like proof. Sorry about any frustrations you have had. The amount of time that it takes for you to see your credit on your account is now on your lienholder not Schaumburg Honda as this check was sent out.

[redacted], you need to come to the store in person and you can sign the cancellation document. It will take you less then 10 minutes. That will solve your issue and the refund will go directly towards your payoff.

This is ridiculous! In your previous response you said that you had mailed out the check on 9th July, NOW YOU'RE SAYING THAT YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT, AND I NEED TO COME IN????? I came to the store 3 times and you asked me to wait 3-4 hrs, do you think this is professional? You also promised that you will send me a copy of the form that I need to sign through email ([redacted]@gmail.com) and you have never done that. All I see is a bunch of lies! I will escalate this further if required.

In response to Mr. [redacted]omplaint: His $611 was used as a down payment and is clearly shown on the contract that he signed. He was not mislead but may be confused when switching from a lease to a finance Any questions please contact me.
