Please understand the letter to release Ms*** was written on January 3rd which was the first work day of the new yearOur thought was this would give her ample time to find a new apartmentIf she needs more time, we can accommodate herOrdinarily we do not pro-rate move out rent but, in this case, if she gives notice for the middle of the month we will accept that pro-rated amountIf she needs until the end of February that is OK also

Ms*** was charged $to stain kilz/prime the walls in her apartment that she had painted a myriad of colorsShe was also charged $to clean and repair her carpetThe carpet had areas
where her pet scratched away the carpet all the way to the backingThere were multiple red stains plus an area where a hot iron had burned an imprint into the carpetAs per Ohio law she was required to return the apartment in the condition she found it less wear and tearNone of the aforementioned damages could be construed as wear and tearTherefore all charges will remainIf necessary we will be happy to provide pictures
Regarding her problems with our office staff, I will admit that we dropped the ball and apologize for the confusionHowever, our receptionist hung up on Ms*** after Ms*** called her a derogatory term referring to the female anatomy that starts with a "c"I totally support our receptionist action and would think Ms*** is the one who owes an apology
We have informed the collection agency to remove Ms*** file

The tenant did break their lease The new tenant was unable to move in due to coming in from out of state, and as such the tenant was correctly charged for the time period prior to the unit being occupied again The statement of account reflected the situation The statement of

When I applied for the apartment, it was NOT disclosed that a third party keeps ANY portion of the fee. As long as get my $back, I'll be somewhat satisfied. The problem is much larger than just cleaning of the gutters The solution will require a significant capital expense which the owner is looking for a solution The storm line only backs up during flash flood situations

With the exception of $that third party processor is keeping, which we will refund separately we do not understand what more you want. You will need to contact the corporate office and ask for the accounts receivable manager to provide a forwarding address. You are getting back everything you paid. We understanding you were not happy and we apologize for issues with the application but we did try to accommodate you in another apartment. Your credit card statement should should show the refund now

I have spoken with the Customer on several occasions regarding his issuesUnfortunately, we cannot provide a solution to the majority of his problemsAs explained to him, we are only the management Company and not the owner of this propertyThe property is in the process of being sold and is not
in a position to pay bills and at this point, most if not all of our vendors have put the property on a C.O.D., basis.The property was to have sold on August 8" but, that did not happenAt this point, the transfer looks to be happening sometime in the next weeksCertainly the new owner is in a better financial position to take care of ongoing problems.Sundance has given formal notice to the owner that we will no longer manage this property as of September 1,2016.Finally, we will investigate whether the upstairs neighbor's A/C is leaking onto the customers patio.Sincerely,*** ** ***District Manager

I hereby accept the business's resolution/close the conplaint, With the Understanding that the $check that was sent to me And the aforementioned credit to my credit card resolve the issue

Consumer contacted Revdex.com and indicated that she has still not received the full refund amount of $101.00 and would like business to respond additionally advising when she should expect to receive the refund and via what method.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It sounds to me a lack of communication between [redacted] and [redacted]?  I sent [redacted] an email stating that I am going to need a company check, or a voucher to put us up for a month since I was forced out.  She never returned my phone call nor my mothers from 3 days ago so what that tells yah! For the first time ever she called like she was concerned, however I did send her a video from over the weekend when my apartment had water everywhere no response to that either "go figure".   I'm working on some thing but in the mean time I have appointments for my son that has asthma and 2 for myself, and waiting for legal aid to contact me back with advice.  Let me know if you found anything else that will work but I look and quoted all over and a lot of live in temporary places is $56/ $86 a day.  Again, I been dealing with this since September with documentation and meds and emails going to her and nothing coming back and return.  It took for me to be put on oxygen for her to look into it and even then she was professional enough to call me into her office to see options she put a big packet on my door.  Again, a lack of communication; she informed me in an email that the reason she dated it for the 1st is because I sent her an email asking can I break my lease without penalties.  ARE YOU SERIOUS! I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL!  NO WHERE FOR US TO GO AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!  She did not come back until the 3rd of January and dated that for that day.  Please you two get on the same page because this is not right at all and I know my tenant and landlord rights.  Let me know about the voucher or company check we looking at hotels/motels now.
