NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a jacket, size large ( I normally use medium), and it was too smallI paid for insurance in case I had to return it.The next day I received the jacket, I contacted the company to return itI had to wait for the return to be approved, then I had to wait one week for them to send the label for me to return itThey received it back on July 2, and it is July and I have not been refunded the money I paid for the jacketFurthermore, the website does not let me give a review on the jacketI am going to believe that no one is able to give any bad reviews at allAs soon as I get refunded, I will give an update

Got itemsRealized the items they sent were fake when I opened oneI requested a return for all 4, they claim the one I opened was not sellable and refused my refund even after I got an email approval from them prior to mailing the item back
They told me they'd refund a portion for the rest of the unopened items, but then a week later, lowered the refund amount by $7, saying the items were affected in the secondary market! In addition, they "destroyed" the one I opened even though they wouldn't refund me the money so they couldn't send it back to meSo I paid $for absolutely nothing

If I could give it stars, I would I have been trying for a week to get a hold of this company First by email, then by phone Cannot find out the status of my order I have a feeling I should just cancel it with my credit card company
