It was never our intention and definitley not done on purpose to ignore any of our customers Not that it would matter, but if I may please explain the circumstances so that you at least know that we are not the type of company that treats our customers this way and after yrs in business and thousands of sales with great customer reviews and satisfaction this past weeks have been the first of any such issuesWe had a devastating crisis with one of our staff members in our customer service deptand the entire depthas been down since, me personally could not be here to handle the situation becuase I was out of the countryNone of this excuses the way your sale was handled but I can tell you that none of the sales this past weeks have been processedI am reaching out to all of our customers that were affected by this but I wanted to personally explain as well We have issued a full refund to your paypal account, and if there is anything I can help with or if you would like to reach me personally my email is ***@dressygirlkouture.com We should have email and phone support back up on or before Monday July 6th Again my apologies Sincerely ***- Owner

I ordered june 24 and they did not reply until July 2. It was not out of stock. They made no effort to still get the dress to me.

I wanted to first off apologize for the service and treatment you endured from us. For all the inconveiences and disappointment please know that I am truly sorry! It was never our intention and definitley not done on purpose to ignore any of our customers.
Not that it would matter, but if I may please explain the circumstances so that you at least know that we are not the type of company that treats our customers this way and after 4 yrs in business and thousands of sales with great customer reviews and satisfaction this past 2 weeks have been the first of any such issues. We had a devastating crisis with one of our staff members in our customer service dept. and the entire dept. has been down since, me personally could not be here to handle the situation becuase I was out of the country. None of this excuses the way your sale was handled but I can tell you that none of the sales this past 2 weeks have been processed. I am reaching out to all of our customers that were affected by this but I wanted to personally explain as well.
