I went to Att Rhed to file a bankruptcy. We started a chapter 13 case which I fell behind on the payments so [redacted] was suppose to file a chapter 7 for me but before doing so I had to pay him in full for the chapter 13 that we had started. I did that and then [redacted] had me to pay him for a chapter 7 that did not go through because he did not do the proper research on him. He then proceeded to get me to pay more money for him to correct the problem that he created which is not fair in my case. I have been trying to reach out to him and he will email me back every now and then and set up an appointment that never happens. He will set them up for at least a month out which is very unprofessional and when I was coming in to bring money I could stop in the same day if I wanted to. [redacted] did not file my case correctly and was trying to point the finger at me as if I was the attorney. I put my trust in the fact that he knew what he was doing and he was only taking money and not resolving my issue. I was trying to reach out to him but he keeps giving me the run around so I want EVERYONE to be aware the type of business he is running. He makes mistakes and points the finger at his clients.
