The event referenced actually took place on 7/8/There was an intoxicated female who did go into the men's restroomThe male exited the restroom and told his wife about the intoxicated femaleWhen the intoxicated female began making her way to the door leading to our back patio the male customer went to open the door for herAt this point she knocked the male's headphones off of his head, he was instantly frustrated and stood in the doorway leading from inside to the outside patioAs manager on duty I saw this event and made the decision that both parties needed to exit the premisesAt that point I asked my spouse to assist me as he is the ownerAnother male with the gentleman wearing headphones stepped up and began to get loud and frustratedMy Spouse asked the male involved in the altercation to step outside while he dealt with the issue inside, of which the male didDuring this time I was telling the other group of patrons with the intoxicated female that they needed to leave as well.My spouse told the group inside that he didn't want the kind of individuals who cause trouble and they needed to leaveRacial slurs were never usedThe group was escorted by my spouse back to the bar So they could gather their belongingsAt this point I had come back inside to assist the first group in leaving So I could then have the second group leaveThe wife of the male involved in the altercation expressed frustration that they had full drinks they just paid forI heard my spouse tell the wife two times they could stay and finish their drinks but the second male continued to yell and began clenching and unclenching his fistsAt this point male bar backs stepped in and the whole group was removed from the premisesWhile that group discussed the issue further in the parking lot I held the second group inside until the first group made it to their carsOnce they made it to their cars the Second group was asked to leave the premises as well.The wife of the male did go on Facebook and leave a reviewI responded several times indicating to her that racial slurs were not used and that both parties were removed because of the altercationAt Some point another individual commented on the Facebook thread saying they had found out both my name and my spouses nameWe made a business decision to shut down our Facebook page to protect our family from patrons we did not know researching us due to this incidentOn 7/11/reached out to the wife personally asking her to contact me on my personal cell phone so we could discuss the matter further since we could no longer communicate through our business Facebook pageShe agreed to have a phone conversation with me on 7/13/at 12pmShe was unable to make the phone conversation so we rescheduled to a personal meeting on 7/13/at 9pm on premises with her husband as wellAt this meeting we discussed the incident in depth and again indicated that racial slurs were not used and that all parties were removed from the premisesWe came to a mutual agreement that she would remove screen shots of our Business Facebook page from her personal Facebook page and we would refund her $for drinks that were unable to be consumed
