requested the job be done before or on new years eve and said to my body tech that not to worry about other body work because it did not pertain to the accident and to fix the front bumper fast. we repaired the vehicle according to what his insurance had authorized nothing more and have pictures to back it up. we were paid in full after his insurance co. had reviewed the work. thank you for your time,

I do not accept Complete Auto's response because it is patently false and does not comport with the evidence. I will responded to each of the points made by Complete Auto by quoting Complete first then responding with evidence, such as pictures and emails.
1. "Mr. [redacted] complaint is false."
Response 1: My complaint is true and verifiable.
2. "All repair to his vehicle are complete and were verified by his insurance company."
Response 2: The work was not verified by my insurance company prior to picking up my car because the car was not ready until 2pm New Years Eve. My insurance was closed and therefore could not have verified the work. Here is the contact information for my insurance:

Response 3. True. I came in on 12/27/16. I asked if Complete could do the work by end of day on 12/31 as I was leaving the area. Complete said yes. Please see pictures attached and email correspondence between myself and [redacted]

Response 4. This is utterly false, as the work to be repaired is determined by the insurance company and the body shop, not me. My complaint pertains to the bad and faulty repair of the work that was agreed to. Here are two problems with the work: (1) the paint doesn't match in color and (2) parts are falling off the vehicle causing danger to me and other drivers.

My insurance company has approved repairs again based on the bad work of Complete Auto. Please contact [redacted] my insurance representative for verification and information.

Response to 6. That my insurance company paid no more shows approval of the work by Complete than the fact that I paid Complete [redacted] even as I complained of the faulty work before and while I picked up my car. My insurance is a Canadian insurance company and is legally bound, from my understanding, to pay regardless of the faulty work.

I have submitted pictures of my car before repair by Complete and also after parts starting falling off after the work. Please see those photos. Please also contact [redacted] of the Cooperators Insurance and also Desert Body Restorations. I would like to also submit the approval of claim to repair the bad work of Complete from my insurance and the documents of estimate and work done by Desert Body Restorations.
