I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The accusations that she is claiming are very untrueFirst of all the property was sold to this company because that didn't have enough money to
maintain it properlyPrior to *** taking over I had a number of issues with them and she didn't make any better when she arrivedWhen I moved in there in January the boiler was out for months so we didn't have hot water in our unit until about April ( I was living in Bldg 8)Then after that was over I began to have problems with our A/C unit that was located in the ceiling in the hallwayIt began to leak really badly and the maintenance man (***) came and tried to fix by putting a board up, it but was unsuccessful because he didn't stop the leakI have pictures attached showing the living condition I was made to live in for approximately a monthAfter about a four and a half weeks of complaining and threatening to call my local New station because of the wet environment I was forced to live inThey finally sent out a professional A/C company to fix the leakWhile the guys were in my attic one of them slipped on a beam and fell through my kitchen (which pictures are also attached)There was debris and installation material everywhere and began to affect our breathingThe company came and fixed the damage the next day but the inconvenience of me taking off work because of this matter is what I was most upset about! This whole situation is from the day I moved in has been just ridiculous and unprofessional! So after Management decided it was going to take more work then expected they then wanted us to move to another unitI told them the only way I would move from that unit if I was offered a Townhome at the current rent I was paying at $They agreed for the inconvenience that they would accommodate me and place me in a townhomeWhen I moved there the walls were already painted and there some large pieces of furniture were left in the apartmentSo clearly it was not ready to be moved into, but I took it anyway and plus I didn't have much of a choice in the matterSo not long after that in NOvember I moved out because I was offered a job in Georgia and my girlfriend at the time remained in the apartment and maintain great upkeep on itIf you notice in her response letter she are claiming that the drawer has sticky stuff and the blinds were dirtyI have lived in many different apartments and the only thing that is required when you move out is no stains on the carpet or holes in the wall and I also confirmed that with the former Property Manager *** ***Which none of which were damaged or even dirty because I never heard anyone say the blinds are dirty so we are charging you ?!?! It's clear in her narrative that she begins to knit-pick over very small things because the apartment was left in good condition as you will see on the final walk around I performed before turning in the keys I was not provided a walk thru sheet when I relocated to the townhome the management told me that it was checked before I moved in, but I also later provided them a list of items that needed to be repaired and the procline on the tub was one of them and she refers to that as wellWhich no one can really damage a tub it should be considered wear and tearAll the photos and video are attached to this email so that anyone can plainly see that the apartment was perfectly fine when I leftIt definitely supports the fact that my deposit should be returned As far as her claims that I swore at her are true as far as me calling her "un-fking professical" because she stated that "***! (not even calling by my last name which is very unprofessional) you must be crazy to think you don't have to pay for this!"I have never been treated in this manner while trying to conduct business which made me livid! Which I did swear at her at that point because she was being completely unreasonable and she also didn't want to give me the Corporate number or any information regarding how to file a complaint with her companySo I will take this as far as necessary to receive fair treatment.Sincerely,*** ***
