Drey Roofing

Had a leaky roof that had done some damage and was leaking down and through a light fixtureCame out and gave us a quote and decided to use them since we had used them in the past at our old houseCame out and replaced the gutters and replaced the rotted section of the roof that was damagedI inspected the work and found that they had nicked the new concrete patio, left several nails in the yard, had put a hinged gutter on when we had told them specifically that we did not want that and when I ran the hose on the roof the leak was still thereCalled them and they came out and fixed the gutter and then told me that they would need to tear up more of the roof and flashing in order to fix the leak and quoted us another $*** to do soWas not happy about it but we needed to get the leak fixed so they told us they would be out on Monday to fix the problemMonday morning came and nobody showed up, called them and they said they had a bigger job they had to do and would not be able to get to ours that dayTold them that why we were not as important as the bigger customer and told them they needed to do what they told us or they would be getting paid for the rest of the gutter jobCalled us back later in the day and told me they would make things right and guaranteed me they would be there the next dayNext morning they called and said they could not make it out againI called *** roofing and had them come out to give us a quote since I had enough of their lies*** came out from *** , got on the roof, went up into the attic and found the issue in about minutes and said they could be out by the end of the weekI called Drey and told them we would be using another company and all of sudden they said they could come out later in the day to start the repairI told them I did not trust them and that they did not do the work I had hired for in the first place which was to fix the leak and told them we were using some one else insteadVery disappointed in the fact that they never took the effort to even figure out what the problem was in the first place and then could never honor their wordMakes no sense to me that they could not properly figure out the problem, never look in the attic and keep an appointment when *** was able to do all of that from start to finish in about a week and we have never had an issue with the leak againWould not use or recommend Drey Roofing again - not a trustworthy or honorable company!
