Attached is the screen shot of the floor plans, sizes, and prices of the apartmentsWhen I spoke with the office after I found out I was not getting the apartment I applied for I was told they were charging the same price for all apartments even though their website showed that smaller apartments were less expensive

In regards to complaint ID# ***, I would like to state that we did return his holding deposit in the amount of $250.00.There appears to have been some miscommunication between all the parties involvedThe Assistant Property Manager did not receive information that *** *** may have called to
cancelIn addition, we never received anything in writing from *** ***, which is required so that we could return the holding depositTherefore, The Assistant Property Manager believed *** *** was cancelling after too many acceptable days of being notified he was approvedThe application that *** *** signed does state the holding deposit is non-refundable after a certain point in time.After an internal investigation (despite not having received anything in writing from the applicant) we decided to uphold our commitment to providing superior customer service and returned *** ***’ holding deposit.I apologize for any misunderstanding. Dreyfuss company policy and common practice is to charge a $application fee to anyone submitting an application to rent an apartmentThis fee is NON-refundable and this is disclosed upfront to potential renters.In this case, can assure you no one knowingly or purposefully “misled the applicantOur prices change regularly, and regrettably it appears the price may not have been changed on the internet to match our current availability at that timeThat said, she did apply for an apartment that was the smaller size and she knew the price was $(see attached application)I am unsure as to why she thought she was getting the larger apartment.Although application fees are non-refundable, and because I am not able to definitively determine what transpired between the leasing associate and the applicantI will in good faith have the $returned to herI also apologize for any misunderstanding.Please let me know her current address so that I can mail it to herYou may may email the address to ***@dreyfuss.net or call me at ###-###-####
