I am responding to the complaint brought against our office by Ms [redacted] ID# [redacted] Ms [redacted] contacted me on Wednesday July to let me know she had moved out of state and would be discontinuing treatment at our office for her sonI explained to her that I would be leaving the next day and be out of the office until July 21,at a continuing education seminar, at which time she told me no hurry take my time.I discontinued automatic payments from coming out of her accountI have since filled out the appropriate paperwork and am awaiting approval by Dr Gen at which time I will contact the patient and let them know if they owe us, we owe them or the treatment and amount paid ends up being equalIf you have any other questions please do not hesitate to call me at Thank You [redacted] Practice AdministratorDr Felix A Gen DDS, MS
