We called and cancelled our service with Dr green in the fall and in the spring they showed up and billed us for a service We tried to call a number of times and even left our number for a call back but never heard from themWe then sent an e-mail telling them to cancel our service and surprise they showed up again and did an expensive service We tried calling again and after many failed attempts and an e-mail finally got through I spoke to a women who said she would investigate our complaint Weeks later we haven't heard from her but we did hear from the billing department who would not put us though to a manager or offer us any solutions to the problem
