Considering my car still has these rough noises? I have brought the car to a Mazda dealership, considering I am deaf and they agreed with me that the car produces those rough noisesAlso they demanded Nor-Bay to fix the issue which they ignoredI have proofsThe part the business mentioned my car to be towed to his shop was falseI first suggested Peps Boys but was convinced by THEIR OWN triple A driver that he could have it fixed for meSo, I agreed because I wanted it fixed quicker so I can go back home (NJ)From reading other reviews on their google review it's almost similar to how they tricked their customersThis Triple A truck driver is like the "hunter" and brings home the "treasure"I feel this needs to stop and let customers decide for themselves, not convincing them.If there's no way I can get refund, I would gladly accept taking it back and have them fix the issues at NO COSTI have spent almost $2,and were not able to enjoy my holidays just because of this.I really hope the situation gets resolved ASAP because I am open to all optionsThank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
