        I am sending the following documents to provide documentation that [redacted] agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale and that the 2005 Jayflight trailer that he purchased from us on 6/17/17 was purchased “as is”. [redacted]i contract for the purchase of the unit, checked as an “as is” purchase. Signed sales receipt for the credit card transaction. Signed copy of an “as is” explanation. Unit window sticker. Signed “We Owe” form showing nothing due from the dealer.  We would welcome [redacted] to bring his unit in for an estimate for the repairs he needs. We are willing to discount his repair because we do want him to be able to use and enjoy his trailer.  [redacted] purchased a 12 year old trailer. The conditions of the sale were as is. He was given every opportunity to inspect the trailer.
