We do our very best to accommodate our customers who we value and respect, however this customer never gave us the opportunity to do so.? Before we were able to call her back or even review the photo's she sent she was calling us back cursing us out over the phonePerhaps she forgot that Nevada (where she lives) is hours ahead of Maui? ? She purchased a last season bikini at 30% off.? We insect all merchandise before shipping to customers and found the garments to be free of any defects.? Despite the fact that our return policy states that all sale items are final sale and we are certain the bikini was delivered in perfect condition our store manager suggested she tie the loose threads off if she feared it unraveling further and then offered (verbally) to replace the suit to which she refused, saying "why would I want another piece of st suit from you?"? At this point because she became very aggressive over the phone we felt it best to communicate via email (SEE BELOW).? We then emailed her and offered to repair the suit she was given since the replacement was not satisfactory.? Again she refused our offer ? It is interesting to note that all of this persons ***? and [redacted] reviews including the aliases she toggles between, [redacted] *? and [redacted] ***, are negative and derogatory.? It is also sad and disturbing that she continues to have friends who, have never shopped with us or set foot in our store, write reviews on [redacted] and ***.? I even had to block her from our social media account because she was making threats? (EMAIL THREAD BELOW) ? Hi, ? I have a problem with my order that still has not been resolvedI called as soon as recieved my package on Saturday afternoonI called and spoke to your employee at the store who said she would give my name and number to Rachael the manager and she would give me a call backI called back again on Monday and spoke to Rachael who asked me to email her pics of the defective Acacia suitShe told me she would speak to you and give me a call back before end of day and she did notIt is now Tuesday and I STILL have not heard back from Rachael or anyone else regarding the issue with my orderI think it is very unprofessional and terrible customer service that your customer has to keep calling and emailing to see what is going on with my defective orderRachael is not going to refund me for this item because she is telling me to just tie a knot in the suitThis is ridiculous to me that YOUR company sends out a defective suit to the customer and yoir customer sends you proof of the defect and you do nothing to fix the situation at allI have pictures of proof WITH the tag on and I called the day I received itIf you go to any other company (e.gishine) they would not tell you tie a knot in your defective bikini and call it a dayThis is ridiculous that you are trying to tell your customer to do thatWhy would I want to keep something that's defective and why should I be the one who has to fix it? The threading in this suit is so delicate I told your employee Rachael that I just would like a refund because I am afraid the whole thing will fall apartShe was nothing but unapologetic and unsympathetic towards my situation saying "we check our items and we don't give refunds"I asked her if you could give me a call because it is now Tuesday and this issue should've already been resolved, but she refused to do soI am very upset with your customer service and lack of professionalism and will file a complaint with the Revdex.com if need beI am hoping you will be able to work through the issues that your employees fall short of and to find a solution for me as I'm sure if you were in my shoes you would be VERY upset that you paid over $for a bikini that's already falling apart BEFORE you even tried it on! That's fine I will file a complaint with Revdex.com and this is the LAST time I or any of my friends or family will be shopping with your companyI don't need to read your exchange policy because you clearly do not state if an item is defective because on your behalf (i.eyour company) that the customer will have to take it as a lossI will be seeking legal actions as well since both employees I have spoken to were nothing but rude and shortIts pathetic that your employee uses the excuse that you are a "very small company" that's why she was not able to follow through with what SHE said and reach out to me before end of day yesterdayIt doesn't take an MBA to know that if you're a small company you should value what little customers you have and there should be no reason why you do not do as you say, after all you do not have the clientele to keep you actually busyI can see the quality employees that you hired follow your integrity and professionalism and you do not have the professionalism and respect to call me back.?
