Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have read this responseI have to agree that this is a complete waste MY time that Jerry B [redacted] could have resolved with my first phone call last MayJerry B [redacted] CHOSE to waste own timeHis stubbornness and unprofessionalism clearly has demonstrated this by his attitudeHis rediculas reasons are masking his obvious ego and positionHe did in fact mail me a card after this complaint, but it was HIS ERROR in writing my zip code, he wrote his own zip code, this caused the letter to be returnedHad he simply communicated he was mailing the card to me and verify my complete address or write correctly the one that he has on file would have cleared this upMy phone message and emails clearly showed my frusteration, not threatsI should write the definition of threat He doesn't know the meaning Jerry B [redacted] s refusal to communicate with me in any way could have again resolved this in MayJerry has a reputation on Driftwood Point that I have been told, for feeling self important and not being a nice personThis has been demonstrated! We appreciate this opportunity to respond to complaint ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] ) Driftwood Point Association is a HOA with an all volunteer board We receive no compensation for our time and efforts It is true that we upgraded our park security system and issued a new security key card to each member Because this is a security card, proof of ID is required in picking them up Cost and lack of security precluded us from mailing them to all members Instead we promoted through email, news letter, FB and entrance bulletin board opportunities for our members to pick them up between April 4- June 8, offering a variety of times to accommodate different schedules It is true this member's only voice mail wasn't returned Her message was so rude and demanding that returning the call didn't seem appropriate This member did email us June 2nd, and she was responded to the same evening Please see attachment #documenting our one response and her many responses that again were threatening This the only emails we received from her We made an exception for this member and mailed her card (see attachment #copy of returned mail) to the only address she has provided us with It was returned as undeliverable Further more, this member seems to have some knowledge of the law, and we feel we are being set up by being asked to deliver to a mail box which is in violation of the law (see attachment #for exact law) Therefore we wish that you dismiss her complaint as frivolous and without merit Sincerely, Jerry B President Driftwood Point Association ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

We didn't manufacture evidence in the exhibit of returned mail. We did make another attempt to mail her card. No word if she has received it, which is the problem in mailing a security card. With regards to several mailings per year, we only mail once per year unless said member is delinquent in their payments
This member is the only one of members that can't make one of our pick up dates. This alone is sufficient to dismiss this claim as a nuisance
At this point there is nothing to add to this complaint. This has been an unprecedented waste of time as a volunteer to a community home owners association. Again, I must insist on dismissing this as a nuisance complaint

each member.  Because this is a security card, proof of ID is required in picking them up.  Cost and lack of security precluded us from mailing them to all 415 members.  Instead we promoted through email, news letter, FB and entrance bulletin board 11 opportunities for our members to pick them up between April 4- June 8, 2015 offering a variety of times to accommodate different schedules.
It is true this member's only voice mail wasn't returned.  Her message was so rude and demanding that returning the call didn't seem appropriate. 
This member did email us June 2nd, and she was responded to the same evening.  Please see attachment #1 documenting our one response and her many responses that again were threatening.  This the only emails we received from her.
We made an exception for this member and mailed her card (see attachment #2 copy of returned mail) to the only address she has provided us with.  It was returned as undeliverable.
Further more, this member seems to have some knowledge of the law, and we feel we are being set up by being asked to deliver to a mail box which is in violation of the law (see attachment #3 for exact law).
Therefore we wish that you dismiss her complaint as frivolous and without merit.
