refund, but later learned that would be way too inconvenient for her. We have issued a full refund to compensate her for this mix up. The listing has been adjusted accordingly to reflect the proper price for 4 and Drill Spot is currently working with Amazon to have the listing removed completely. We strive for 100% accuracy but if we fall short, we want to make it right. We hope Ms. [redacted] is satisfied with the free shelf with our compliments.

The business refused to issue a refund and Amazon actually provided the refund after the merchant refused several times. The idea that I have a "free" anything is absurd, as I had to pay another vendor more for the same item I ordered from this merchant.
The merchant does not even offer the product in a pack of four as stated in the response. As of today Drill Spot has increased the price of a single shelf by more than 25%.
DRILL SPOT states as part of its Amazon policies that is reserves the right to refuse any sale on Amazon due to "pricing" - this is an absurd condition to attach and places the consumer at a 100% disadvantage of forking over money and letting Drill Spot decide to change the pricing after the fact. The seller has the quantity of item purchased and simply refused to honor the terms of the sale.

We understand the frustration this whole ordeal has caused. Unfortunately these listing issues can occur and we will do our best to resolve these situation reasonably in good faith which in most cases is a return for full refund. In this case, Drill Spot decided to inform [redacted] through a claim that was open, that a return would not be required for the full refund. The policy that reserves the right to refuse any sale on [redacted] is in place due to listing mistakes that can occur. We do apologize for any inconvenience this whole situation has caused.
