Aweful customer service!!!
Worst customer service ever! Before I ordered I asked how long for them to be shipped to my zipcode. I was told 3-5 working days. After 3 working days I had not received any tracking info yet. After I called I finally got tracking emailed from UPS that they would be here next wednesday (12 full days after I ordered) It took me all day to get a supervisor on the phone. The supervisor Carlos was extremely rude and and only solution was "well if you dont like it ill just refund your order" He also told me I was lying about being told 3-5 days until I produced the chat record. (After he told me I never was told that and there was no record on his end) He never apologized or even offered a solution. I asked for someone above him and was told he was the only supervisor and nobody was above him. Stay away, far far away from this company!

Sent the wrong brakes
I chose the brake set according to their website, but they sent me the wrong ones and are refusing to exchange them. I challenged it on my credit card, but now they are lying to my credit card company. Over $200.- dollars worth of brakes that I'll have to throw in the trash.

Bad quality brake pads
I purchase a brake kit not including hardware for 138$, On august it last two months for these brakes to start having problems The noise it's unbelievable! Squeaking every time I brake, I replace the set already and no more problems so I guess it was the quality of these brakes.

Dishonest company
I purchase a rotor and brake kit , I call to make sure it fits my car and the service representative said yes it will fit , it arrived , took to mechanic he said they don't fit, email company , they want me to send back a 41 lbs box that will cost me more than the part itself, when they are the ones that made the mistake, don't buy from this people not honest at all.

Unprofessional Company
This company is unprofessional. I never had this type of issue from any company. Atheist others in the past stayed in contact with customer but drilled rotors or whatever their name is not at all. I ordered a rotor and brake package on July 4th 2020. Of course you get the normal automatic message your ordered was confirmed. On July 13th 2020 I get an email (drilledrotor.com) stating me product was not in stock no biggie I thought. I email them back I get a wrong email address from my email provider and I replied mind you but again no biggie I figured go thru PayPal and find and email address which I did. I stated to them because the brake package I ordered was black and they no longer had it in stocks please refund me my money. Still no response. On July 23rd I get an email stating I got a delivery from drilled rotors but the email address this time is brakelabs.com quantity 1 item. I'm like no way because by this time I bought another set and got them installed because I'm now waiting on my refund. I email reply to now brakelabs.com. I explain that I emailed you numerous times to let you know I want my refund even contacted PayPal to get my money back because it seems I can't get a response from your company. They first said we can't stop shipment because it has already been shipped but usually with any other company I dealt with if you said it was not in stock that's what it means so I thought. I received no email to say it's on the way but when I asked for refund all of a sudden all of my items are in route. Now I get an email this morning July 25th 2020 stating I have to sit and wait for a package that I clearly asked for a refund and tell the delivery driver to send it back. I'm an essential worker I need my vehicle to get me back and forth so missing work for a package I been put a stop almost 2 weeks ago is totally unacceptable. I had to share my story with you guys be careful because all deals aren't good deals.

2004 gto drilled and slotted rotors
I recently ordered drilled and slotted rotors from them. They sent me 3 front rotors and 1 rear rotor. Talked to 3 representatives. All said they sane thing "oh yeah we will email the return label"
And yet still no email. Asked me 3 different times for part #. I confirmed the part #. If they were actually real professionals theyd double check theyre orders so something like this doesnt happen. I lost my job because I dont have safe transportation to work now. Thank yall for messing up my day job 😒

at this point we have nothing else to say or offer
We sent you a full refund,
You kept sets of free pads!!! (please note that we sent him a set of free FRONT pads for good measure, and also what he returned was a PARTIAL order and he kept the pads as well and we still issued a FULL refund)
And customer is still not satisfied? What else can we offer?
Revdex.com, I am afraid this customer is using this complaint technique in order to get free stuff or moneyWe offered sets of free pads, plus issued a FULL refund on a partial order return.
In this order, we lost time, and moneyAt this point we have nothing to offer and really hope Revdex.com is going to investigate this issue objectively and fairly.

This customer purchased rotors for his wife's Acura TSX and his Acura TL. He thought he was going to get "vented" rotors in the rear, but these rotors need to match factory specs in order to fit the factory calipers, so rear solid rotors were sent (drilled & slotted). We had no problems...

accepting a return of the rotors. But he wanted an extra pair of pads instead for free.. So we sent him an extra pair of front pads free of charge. He then sent back the rear rotors regardless. As soon as their tracking number showed delivered, he called us everyday. We told him that it was going to take 2-5 business days to verify the returned package, and issue the refund. During this 2-5 business day period, he contacted you guys. The refund has been initiated BEFORE this case, and the refund is now complete. Please Consider this case closed.

Review: on 4/16/14 I placed an order with Drilledrotors.com the order was for Acura TSX 2007 rear OE Replacement Brake kit for $95.77 and Acura TL Bembro calipers rear premium rotor kit for $93.49 for a total of $189.26, when I received the order I took these to the mechanic but I was told the rotors for the TSX were the wrong ones so called the company and spoke to a man named [redacted] who sent me instruction on how to return the purchase,I returned them on 5/12/14 via FedEx, I sent him an e-mail to give him the tracking number, he never responded, I called him a couple of times to remind him about the refund. He received the rotors on 5/14/14 and I am still waiting for $95.77. I 've been trying to call him but he doesn't want to answer my calls and I need my money back ASAP. I did all this within the time period allowed to return stuff purchased through their website. I don't trust this company, I had purchased many things on the web before and never had this problem. I used my paypal account to pay for this order.Thank you for you attention and I hope to hear from you soon.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I just want to report this company for bad practices and I want my money back.
