I am rejecting this response because:I'm not paying someone to tell me the pump is bad I already had to buy a new pump from another company bc driller services would not help me on the issue they sold the pump to my wife Said it was the pump I needed to have no issues and if I had any issues at all contact them ; so I did and hey said that I had to have a professional plumber install the pump which I did but driller services said thet the installer had to have a account with them which he doesn't it's a easy fix just make it good they sold my wife the pump and sent her down the road with a expensive pump that failed bf warranty is up this is bad for business
To whom it may concern, This letter is our companies response to the complaint filed with Revdex.com by [redacted] : It is my understanding that Mr [redacted] believes he purchased a jet pump from the Greensboro Branch within the past year Mr [redacted] feels that the product purchased has failed within the manufacturers’ warranty period and would like a new pump Drillers Service is a well industry wholesaler and not open to the general public Drillers Service does no warranty any of the products that we distribute All warranties are fulfilled by the manufacturerWe do process warranties of certain items for licensed professionals Mr [redacted] was provided several names that could help him with his well issues The manufacturer mandates that certain criteria be met in order for a warranty to be processed An unlicensed person’s opinion on part functionality does not satisfy that criteria If a licensed professional tests the pump, verifies that it is defective and brings it to the branch--Drillers Service will process the warranty claim for the manufacturer Regards, Caleb J***
