Hello,Thank you for the opportunity to respond *** *** placed his order at 16:which was almost hours after our guaranteed same day ship time, which is stated on our websiteWhile *** *** states he upgraded his shipping, he did choose *** Ground, this was not an expedited
optionPlease see the attached screen shot of what was displayed to *** *** at the time of his checkout process. While our Free Shipping offer is for 1-Day shipping it does not guarantee the courier and we have many customers who only want ***, regardless of the shipping time frame,so the option is available for them.We had our IT department retrace the order process for *** *** order and verify that there were no errors during his order process and no errors were found. We fully believe that *** *** believes the *** Ground option was to expedite his order however it was not, and as you can see from the screen shot, it clearly states the estimated delivery time. Yes, his original order was cancelled because at the time, *** *** demanded that his order arrive to him on 5/and all communications were taking place on May 1st. There was no way to make that happenAnd when he began to accuse us of lying, the situation escalated to the point that there was no common ground for a resolution. It was not until the order was canceled that we were able to come to an agreement. His order was reinstated and shipped *** Next Day Air at no additional expense to him. A point of which he failed to put in his report.In his statement, he also states that we do not offer phone support, that is true but what he does not state, is that he received a response within minutes to his first email and timely responses there after until resolution.Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you have ant questions, comments and/or concerns.Sincerely,***
