Review: The $3028.35 system was installed by Drips Water's plumber. Complications from the install damaged the system. Drips/Pelican will not warranty.

Jun 1 2013 At install [redacted] the plumber inspected our meter and informed us we did not have a main pile leak to our house.

We are not plumbers and took the expert advice of [redacted] that we had no leak in our system. We asked him to inspect so a damaged pipe woud not compromise the system after install.

After installing the system my husband and I began having our hair fall out. We've always drank bottle water, however after running out, one night my husband began drinking the water and had disenteria that evening which lasted for 6 weeks. After a course of antibiotics, finding out the leak was ours, we contacted drips for remedy. No assistance was offered and we now have a useless $3000 system in our home.

The pipe was cut by a neighbor to fix it, because we told him it wasn't ours. Our system and health has possibly been compromised because of [redacted]s error in expertise.

Prior to placing the system any bacteria in our home lines would have been killed by the chloramines. After the cut in the pipe the system was flooded with mud and sediment.

I had been communicating with Drips water trying to remedy the issue until we were 1 day over the 90 days money back guarantee. We were told of the guarantee 1 day prior.Desired Settlement: I wish a complete and full refund and removal of this system from our home. The system is currently bypassed.
