informed at this time that she needed to reschedule his driving via our online scheduling service.  No other appointments were maid.  I spoke with Mrs [redacted] on September 10th after receiving the complaint and reminded her about the online scheduling. I mentioned to her that [redacted] had not completed any of his driving ours and would need to complete all seven hours and a drive test if he wanted to get a certificate of completion from us, or he could wait till he was 18 and we would offer him a drive test, with no additional fee. Mrs. [redacted] accepted and offered to schedule [redacted] after he turned 18.
