When we sold Ms*** the car we were working on the brakes and struts. We completed that work and a bit later the check engine light came on and we replaced the Osensors. A few weeks after that she stated her car overheated and you needed it towed. We towed it here and had
mechanics look at it and the engine was blown. All mechanics stated it was due to the radiator hose popping off and the vehicle being driven it when it was overheating which blew the engine. We had you in a loaner vehicle the whole time we had the vehicle. We offered to replace the engine at no cost to Ms*** even though you had continued to drive it which blew the motor. We also offered to change her contract to another vehicleShe chose to do a voluntary repossession and give the car back. When she asked for her down payment back and I showed her the cost of the engine, registration and the miles you put on our vehicles, as well as the poor condition the vehicle was left in (so it will need detailed), it all adds up for over $of damages etc. Due to her returning a vehicle with that much damage I don't have any money to give back to Ms***I have attached the voluntary surrender form she signed as well as the options we gave her when she surrendered her vehicle. I have also attached a copy of the invoice for repairs on the vehicle and a break down of what I gaveMs*** showing the repairs and charges to the vehicleI have also attached a copy of the delivery and acceptance form she signed at time of sale as well as the "as is" she signed at time of sale.
