Mr *** purchased a vehicle on January 5th he was very pleased the day that he picked out his own vehicleAs posted in our office he has the right to take the vehicle to get inspected as it at his own costAfter weeks of purchasing
the vehicle Mr.*** called and then came into our office to complain about the vehicle saying that it was leaking oil we offered to inspect it at our cost and if there was any problems with the transmission, we would have it repaired at our cost if there was any problem
Mr*** refused for our mechanics to touch his vehicle and he demanded his money backWe told him that he purchased this vehicle ' as is"mr *** came in a second time with two female relatives and threatened one of our employees and left with the vehicle

im replying to drive a car auto sales case #XXX-XXXXX I *** *** do not ever once recall telling you not to lay a hand on my car I also never refused to send the vehicle to the repair shop at your cost because that option was not offeredI am far from violent and if any violence was done why weren't the police contacted? Any business would contact the local police department if there business was being violated.When I had ask if you guys could repair what was wrong with the car your response was we don't have a on site mechanic we have a detailer who could look at it but he isn't here at this timeI *** *** than took matters into my own hands and found a mechanic who was able to tell me what the exact problem was with the vehicle which happened to be the transmissionI went that following day and told drive a car that I seeked my own mechanic and they told me the problem was the transmission drive a cars response was oh well we can't fix it but if you want us to look at parts I may need to fix the vehicle that they could help me find some and we could go half on the parts that were needed to fix the transmission but they couldn't repair itAt that point I was very confused and upset I just had gotten the car within less than a months time spand and they weren't even willing to help me fix a car that they had sold me which was clearly already damaged
