Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear.
We purchased the vehicle under the impression that everything was mechanically functional and nothing was wrong. I also found out that the company knew of the situation prior to sale but did not disclose it to us. After purchase I noticed the tire pressure was at 45 psi, which is 13 PSI more than the manufactures recommendation. Once I deflated the tires to the recommended PSI we noticed the issue with the tires. I believe that over inflating the tires may have lessen the chance of us noticing it at the time of purchase due to the damages or chopping location on the inside edge of the tires. Over inflation of a tire cause it to ride on the center of it and pulls the edges off the driving surface. If we would have known about the issue on the tires we would either have not bought the vehicle at all or purchased it at a lower price in regards to tire value.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This company has absolutely not corrected the mechanical issues. In fact, on one occasion, they told me that they replaced the gas cap due to an engine code directing that.  Two weeks later, I was told by the same employee that they looked at the gas cap and that it needed to be replaced.  They lied telling me that it was replaced prior.  The same issues keep that van needing repairs. I addressed the hesitation when driving it on numerous occasions, and it was never ta[redacted] care of. An engine ticking noise that I complained about for the past three weeks is still not fixed. In fact, I was told that the van was fixed and ready to be picked up last night, 12/3/15. When we went to pick it up, the paperwork stated that they did not hear the ticking sound. However, when the van was at [redacted], their service tech did hear it. I started the van last night in front ofone of Drive America's mechanics ([redacted]) and we again heard that engine ticking sound. At that time I refused to take the vehicle, as it again was NOT fixed. The customer service at this place has been terrible. As one example: I dropped the van off this past Sunday night (again) for repairs Monday. ALL day Monday, that van sat there, having no one touch it. However, it was supposed to have been worked on having a bushing replaced. Monday evening I got a call from [redacted], telling me that it needed to go to [redacted] for a egr valve replacement. ( this was supposedly replaced already, three weeks ago) Tuesday it was allegedly brought to [redacted] for that repair. I heard nothing from anyone until Wednesday night. At that time I called [redacted] for a status check, and she informed me that it was done at [redacted], and that she would pick it up in the morning and bring it back to replace the bushing. That was supposed to have been done there on Monday.  I made an appointment for that specifically.  I called Thursday evening, after not hearing back from anyone. At that time, I was told that it was fixed and could be picked up. I arrived at Drive America at about 5:30 that evening, read the paperwork that the were unable to hear the engine ticking sound, started it, and again heard the sound. I left it there after speaking to [redacted]. I informed him that if it was started in the morning when it was cold, they would hear the ticking. He told me that he would speak to [redacted] first thing in the morning and have her call me. It's currently 11:00 and I have heard not heard from anyone, and the van has not moved. If this company would like to continue arguing over the fact that they falsely advertised the feature of the integrated phone, I will continue doing such. The fact is, they falsely advertised this feature, and the salesman ([redacted]) further stated that the van was equipped with this feature during our test drive. Their own employee stated that it was equipped with this. Understandably, this was verbal, therefore I do not have evidence of this statement. But, the fact remains, I was led to believe that the van was equipped with a feature, and this company is now using a generic disclaimer to attempt to cover their false advertisement.  I have consulted with the Attorney General and have opened an investigation with them as well. The amount of trouble that this company has caused me is unbelievable.  I have been without reliable transportation since mid October, when we purchased this vehicle. My family has been inconvenienced EVERY single week since we bought this, and if they would just do the right thing and make some concessions, I would be more than willing to cease my efforts to continue these formal investigations.   It is unfortunate that I am unable to provide positive feedback on this company to the numerous contacts that I have, instead, I am in a position that I have to report to others the negative experience and negative customer service that I have received.
Regards,
