I ordered parts for my truck from their Factory Mopar Parts site. Upon check out, it told me this was being shipped UPS Freight- it even says that on the printed receipt. I had it shipped to my work since UPS does deliver here and USPS does now. Once I got a tracking number after my money was already taken, it was for USPS. Now my package is lost somewhere and will be returned. I have emailed them multiple times to get help with this issue, never once did I get a reply. And when I called the "office", it is some guy on a recording saying they aren't available and to leave a message, but the mail box is full. Seems like a shady scam business with how they operate.
