RE: Complaint # [redacted] came in the shop to make an appointment for an oil change and said that she wanted the exact same service at exactly the same price as she used to get from a company that used to be in the building that we’re in now. We said that we don’t know how they operated...

and that we were a different company. At that point she became abusive and said she was going to tell everyone she knows not to come to us. In an attempt to calm her down, we booked her oil service and said we would change her oil at whatever price she used to pay.  When [redacted] came in for her oil change we noticed that the wiper blades were in very bad shape and that she had a rear light out. We were going to replace the bulb for free, but the plastic socket where the bulb goes was melted and needed replaced also. We sent her pictures of the problem and she declined the repair. We did end up replacing her wiper blades. About 10 days later, she came in and said that we had “cracked her windshield while replacing her wiper blades”. She again flew off the handle in the office to the point that other customers told her she was rude. A major storm had rolled through the area in the interim and we said that maybe something had hit her windshield then. It’s absurd to think that we cracked her windshield while replacing wiper blades and that it went unnoticed for that length of time. She also knows very well that we didn’t have anything to do with the problem with her tail light.
