Dear Ms. [redacted],Here is the requested information:1) Name Of Business: Drive Easy, [redacted] XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXXX2) Problem....I paid $2000.00 for a pickup truck and was told by the seller=that I would own the vehicle. I now see on the car's title that I'm listed=as leasing the truck. This is a blatant untruth!3) Resolution: I want to return the vehicle to Drive Easy and expect a full=refund of the $2000,00.4)[redacted], Complainant [redacted] XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXXX-Email: [redacted]@yahoo.comThank you,[redacted]Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@gmail.comMs. [redacted],We are a lease to own car dealership. Though Mrs. [redacted] did come in on [redacted] and returned the other vehicle leased through us and said that her and Mr. [redacted] were separating and she could not afford the vehicle. And even though she is the main lessee and Mr. [redacted] was the co lessee, that he wanted to keep the [redacted] She did not have a problem with that as long as he was paying for the vehicle. Which he did not.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not accept the response submitted by "Drive Easy", prepared by [redacted].This is based on the following:1) I was told at my very first visit at "Drive Easy", this would be a straight purchase. The words "lease" and "rental" were never once even mentioned.2) My education is limited, only attended school to the 5th grade. If anything else, other than the terms we discussed (orally), were included in the written agreement.... then I consider it null and void.3) "Drive Easy" picked up the truck, but I want my down payment returned...... prorated for the time the vehicle was in my possession.Written by [redacted] for [redacted]Final Business Response

Company had me set up on biweekly autopsy but debited late payments without any notice. They weekly debited my account for payments without notice.Drive Easy have weekly debited my account for payme7of $189.06 due to payments not being debited timely. They did not notify me when they did not receive a timely payment and instead attempted to debit my card up to 10 times until they received a payment. I am set up on a biweekly payment option and have had issues since February 2015. They've refused to refund me the extra debits causing me to be unable to provide for my children over the weekend or have gas money to get around.Desired SettlementI would like to either get my money back or have them take care of up to 2 car payments that reflect a deduction in the principal balance owed on my vehicle.
