In response to complaint against Drive Motor Garage Inc: This business has recently had a change of ownershipDuring the time of this original compliant it was owned by someone who was not very involved and who did not respond to customersThat was the main of reason this complaint occurred in the first placeOnce the ownership changed and we became aware of the buyer’s dissatisfaction, we were prompt in addressing complainant’s concernsThe complainant has been fully refunded the full purchase price of the vehicle, including the cost of shippingUpon receiving the refund, the complainant also signed a legal agreement that they would agree to hold the business harmless and drop all claims against the businessIn addition, we have implemented a customer satisfaction process that assures a customer gets prompt and fair resolutionIf there are any issues with our customers, they will be handled promptly and courteouslyI believe that should cover the removal of this complaint
