Drive Nation Prince Albert

I had financed a vehicle on June 20, 2015 and it seemed to be running good except for a wheel alignment that needed to be done. the company said they will give me a wheel alignment at no cost to me. the very same day I started to hear quite a loud squeaking noise come from the back side of my vehicle and drive nation was already closed by the time I noticed the noise. so on June 22, 2015 I brought the car back to drive nation saying I thought it might be the shocks or struts going, I was than told by the salesman that it normal wear and tear and that I was responsible for fixing it and the same day they sent me to [redacted] to get a wheel alignment done on my car. before the wheel alignment was done the vehicle would pull to the right and after the wheel alignment was done it would pull to the left a lot worse then when it was pulling to the right. so I got the vehicle inspected by [redacted] and it clearly says my vehicle needs a wheel alignment and I also got the squeaking noise checked out. my left lower control arm and link needs to be replaced asap. So once I got the papers back from [redacted] I phoned the manager at drive nation who told me to fax the papers from [redacted]. once he seen them he sent me to go get the wheel alignment checked again on June 24, 2015. apparently the wheel alignment is ok they said which it is not since it is still pulling to the left. I than asked about the squeaking noise and the company [redacted] who was supposed to check it out said they could not check what the noise was because they didn't get approval from [redacted] at drive nation. so I phoned [redacted] Friday June 26th, 2015 and asked why it was not checked and he said he talked to [redacted] at [redacted] and that it would be fine to take in to get inspected. so now its Monday June 29, 2015 and [redacted] had said that it was the lower control arms in the back that need to be fixed he talked to [redacted] at drive nation and he said its not a safety issue and will not approve to fix it.[redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to have my vehicle repaired at no cost to me or be able to get a different vehicle that is not basically broken.
