The service was fantastic, I just purchased my 2nd vehicle with themI highly recommend going to drive nation for your vehicle needs

Do not buy from Drivenation. They lie and deceive you with fake descriptions of the trim packages of the vehicle that you are looking to buy. I dealt with a woman named Elena. Avoid her at all costs. Best to stay away from this place all together.

I bought a 2010 [redacted] a 2010 [redacted] with the engine knocking one month later[redacted] 2010 [redacted] 1 month ago gotta pay for it for 5 years and the engine or is already knockin and they will do nothing about it. [redacted] told me the truck has never been in a accident. It's been in two accidents that's not my complain that he lied to me about the truck. My complaint is about the truck not run in a month . And the company will not do nothing for me and a half to pay for 5 years for a truck that ran for one month thanks Drive nationDesired SettlementI just want them to fix my truck . [redacted]

Complaint[redacted]I bought a van in june it is a 2008 [redacted]. It started the second week in june the check engine light came on I called drive nation Saskatoon to let them fix it, they had it in their shop 4 times and 1 time in a [redacted] auto shop to reprogram it but not luck the engine light is still on to this day. I tried to talk to someone to tell them that I don't want the van anymore but they said that I have to talk to the finanal company, and then said that it would show as reposses on my credit score, I didn't think that was fair when its been in the shop 5 time and still not fix. But no one will talk to me I just want them to take it back and cansel the contact they have with me and the finance company and be done with it and nothing should be on my credit score.[redacted]Desired SettlementI want them to take the van back and pay the finance company wants owed on it and nothing put on my credit score. [redacted]

Company sold me a vehicle that ended up having transmission issues.Vehicle was purchased July 4, 2015 through Drive Nation. I was not given the opportunity to pick a vehicle that I wanted, but was basically left with only one option in order to buy a vehicle. This vehicle ended up having transmission problems, which I took to an authorized repair centre, to check out. The end result is that they recommended that the transmission be replaced at a cost of $8,300.00 which I cannot afford. I called the insurance provider, [redacted], to find out what I needed to do and sent in the oil change receipts to confirm that I had maintained the vehicle properly. They decided not to approve my claim to have the work done. At this time, the vehicle is sitting in my yard. I cancelled the vehicle registration and have discontinued making the loan payments. I had requested to trade out the vehicle but now was told that I would have to keep it up to 18 months in order to qualify. When I first had the vehicle, I was told that I would only have to keep the vehicle for about 7-8 months before I could trade it. Desired SettlementI would like to trade out the vehicle for one that has less kilometres and is more reliable. [redacted]

My wife and I wanted to get a new car because we thought that we should have a safer mode of transportation. The sales man there convinced us to test drive a 2011 [redacted]. During the test drive the ride felt a little rough, but me being car illiterate thought that's just how the car is. We felt that it was the car for us. After everything the total was $30,000 for the car minus $2,000 for our car. Well days turned to weeks and I slowly started to think that there was in fact something wrong with the shocks because every little bump felt like a big bump, some bumps even made a huge bang. I have simply only driven this car down city streets and highways. [redacted] I ignored the problem because we bought this car for $30,000 dollars and everything should be just fine on it. I mean the reason why we paid so much for a car was because of the reason we didn't want to fork money over to fix things like we did our older car. Well the day came not too long ago where I had to change my tires, so I took our car to the mechanic. I picked the car up and sure enough, my mechanic flat out said to me that the struts are shot in my car and he is concerned about my family driving on the highway. I went into Drive Nation and told them what my mechanic said and told the guy that you guys knew full well that the struts were shot before you sold the car and the guy shrugged it off very quickly ([redacted]). [redacted]. Well today I felt like I was going to roll the car on the freeway after hitting a bump on Circle Drive. I had my daughter and son in the back [redacted]. [redacted]Desired SettlementCover cost to fix, deduct the price of the car [redacted]Business Response the SUV in question was Sask safety inspected prior to its sale in Feb 2013. The customer then brought the [redacted] in for an oil change in March at no time was there a mention of a problem. we have not had any complaint or contact with the customer from March, now in August almost 6 months from the time sale we have a complaint about struts. The 2011 [redacted] has a comprehensive manufacturer warranty up to 5 years or 100000km that may cover the parts in question. We also have know record of MR [redacted] ever doing business with DriveNation.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The car was bought under my wife's name and I am representing for her. I did mention during the test drive that the ride was rough ([redacted]). I don't think the Drive Nation representative read the whole complaint after reading the reply. The sales man had an opportunity to explain why the ride was rough ([redacted]). [redacted]. [redacted]
