Horrible
I really only have an issue with one person. RUDY.
My husband has to deal with Rudy. He is unprofessional and rude. Drive now has done NOTHING to solve the issues we have with him. He is tacking on a late fee every single payment because he refuses to change the due date even though I had my due date changed. I always tell people NOT to go here. I can NOT wait till our vehicles get refinanced through someone else.

This place is a total Rip off, And Everyone who works their are rude and unprofessional, starting with Rudy, he add on additional fees and and will tell you if you don’t pay he will shut your car off, and they have trackers on your vehicle and Cameras, they stole my deposit money and tripled the value of the car, nasty people and very nasty place!

We are unable to address or respond to Ms. review as we have no customer or application on file under the name of Brittany ***.

I have an account manager by the name of Rudy, and this man has been nothing but disrespectful! He knows he is disrespectful and he does not care. I have expressed that I DO NOT want him on my account but he states that can’t be done, even though I know other customers who have had their managers changed.

They are a scam taking advantage of people in this time in need by false advertising and telling their car dealerships one thing but charging fees after you purchase a car. They are rude, hateful, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. Stay far away from them as much as you can. They need to be shut down and all customers refunded their money.

Drive Now Acceptance has spoken with the saleswomen at Superior Car Credit. Once she realized her mistake she immediately advised Mr. he would be reimbursed $7.98, which represents the payment fees. As of 5/29/2020, he has not picked up this refund.

This is the second time I’ve had to contact the Revdex.com about Rudy *** from Drive Now Acceptance in the East Dundee office of ***. He has placing additional charges on my account for no reason at all. He has been over charging me with supplemental insurance of my vehicle and is saying I have to pay for the charge because I don’t have full coverage on my vehicle. He has had my insurance on file for the past two years and could easily call the company to verify my insurance but instead he says I need to pay for their additional insurance because they don’t show that I have my own insurance. He has done this several times where he overcharged me and threatens to turn off my vehicle if I don’t make the payment. Then my account doesn’t show my payments accurately and I’m overpaying for my car. I have had full coverage on my vehicle for the past two years and shouldn’t have to continue dealing with with these extra charges. What Rudy *** is doing to my account is wrong and unethical and should not be dealing with my account anymore.

bringing this matter to our attention. This response is being made by the
Finance Manager from Drive Now Acceptance LLC (DNAC.) *** is
the selling dealer and has nothing to do with Ms.’s financial
obligations. As part of
the Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement Ms. executed
on November 24, 2017, it is required that full coverage insurance remains on
the vehicle at all times Failure to maintain full coverage insurance may result
in DNAC placing Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) on the account. DNAC
utilizes an outside company for insurance tracking purposes.No account
manager/representative, including Mr. has the ability to add any
charges to a customer account. After researching this complaint, we found that
Ms. pays her automobile insurance on a monthly basis. Each month her
insurance company issues a pending cancel notice (standard practice within the
insurance industry.) Unfortunately, it was overlooked and not removed from the
insurance placement download. The monthly premium charge hit her account. This
charge has been forwarded to be removed. There has been no adverse effect to
her account. Going
forward, we have suspended any further insurance tracking on Ms.’s
account. Additionally, Mr. will no longer work her account. Should
Ms. have any further concerns on her account she can always feel free

They refused to send copies of my statements and work with me to make payments and they have added numerous things to my contract.
I am a young mom and honestly I feel like I was completely led astray. Verbally things were Stated that were not talked about and not talked about. My boyfriend has tried numerous times to get them to send statements about the account so we can work to keep it in good standing but nobody can get them to do anything and honestly they’re just praying on me. This referenced account is solely in the name of Tiana ***. Mr. Russel *** has contacted our office recently requesting information about her account. We have told him that we can’t release any account information to a third party and requested that Ms. contacts us directly. Mr. expressed his displeasure and indicated that he would be filing complaints, in her name, with the Revdex.com and CFPB.

Since not receiving any calls from Ms., we have sufficient reason to believe this is another attempt by Mr. to receive information on Ms.’s account. We respectfully request Ms. contacts our offices at .

I got a 2008 *** last year from *** in freeport Illinois it had electrical problems it was just the lights cd player dash lights and ac at first then within two months the whole car would shut off and took it like 20 min to start back up. I explained this to where I got the car from numerous times and was being told that they weren't aware of any electrical issues and that they would look at it but have to charge me so I told them I wasn't paying on it until it got fixed parked it in my driveway and told them to come and get it They came and got it and sold it now they are telling me that I owe 6000 on it and are taking it out of my check that is not right for then to sell me a crappy car then when I send it back because of electrical issues they garnish wages I need that to be eliminated I really don't want to go through the whole court process I'd rather settle this with them

We have received the complaint you provided from Mr.. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We have enlisted the assistance of the Service Manager from Superior Car Credit, to complete this response, as the complaint incorporates two separate companies. For purposes of this response Drive Now Acceptance LLC will be referenced as DNAC. Superior Car Credit will be referenced as SCC.

Mr. purchased a used 2008 Chevrolet *** from on June 30, 2018. Financing was obtained through DNAC in the amount of $11319.88. The financing include a Service Agreement that would cover certain repairs up to 20 months of the date of sale or 20,000 miles, whichever came first.

Mr. defaulted on his loan payments on November 17, 2018. Repeated attempts were made to contact Mr. via telephone, mail and field visits. Due to no response, DNAC exercised our right to repossess the vehicle as well as begin the Wage process in accordance with the Illinois Wage Assignment Act.

I have spoken with the Service manager of SCC and confirmed that the vehicle was never brought into the service department. Additionally, there is NO fee charged for a mechanic to look at the vehicle. Upon repossession, the vehicle was inspected by a mechanic and found no mechanical issues.

Mr. contacted DNAC in February about redeeming his vehicle as he had been out of town for the past 3 months training for his job. We worked out repayment arrangements and Mr. did not follow through or contact us back. The last contact DNAC had with Mr. was in April when he wanted to know the total amount owed.

At this time DNAC would be willing to offer a lump sum settlement in the amount of $4200.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by drive now that they sold the vehicle so why should I still pay on it and they never told me that I could bring it in to get serviced they pretty much told me it was a sold as is and that if I wouldn't get a price until I brought it in and they didnt offer a loaner car meaning I would have missed work and would not have been able to pay them and the car sat for a month or so after I was driving it and the headlights and dash lights went off at night I have a video with dates/and the year. if they dont believe that there was an electrical problem with that car but we can/need to work on a solution the car was sold so an arrangement not $4000 high can be resolved im definitely listening im just tired of paying damn near 200 dollars plus a week on a car I no longer have and thats been sold

I financed a car here in 2014. The car broke down and was eventually repossessed. I have contacted the business numerous times in the past month to try to speak to someone about having this account deleted from my credit report. My husband and I are looking to purchase a house and I need to clean up some of the older, closed accounts.

This place is a scam.. they are rude and very unprofessional.. if u but a car please run.. I was given miss information and the. Spoke to serval reps who were rude and very unpleasant.. I am going to see to that the Revdex.com to investigate this company. They don’t even deserve a one star , what they deserve is to be *** down
