Attached is the temporary plate renewal that was done at [redacted] until the auction could get the lien release on the title corrected We have been in constant contact on the phone with [redacted] numerous people from our office have spoken to her We never told her to go to MVD as we do not use MVD we use a third party MVD office [redacted] from out office had told her son in person and [redacted] on the phone to go to [redacted] in Overgaard because that is where they live and there would be the temporary extension ready for them to pick up so that they would not have to come to Show Low to get it from us and so I wouldn't have to mail it which would take longer for them to get it There was never no mention of making them go to the MVD office to figure it out We do the title and registration on every vehicle we sell and we do it in a timely manner The situation was out of our hands the title was not properly signed off on by the previous leinholder and it slipped by at the auto auction where the vehicle was purchased The auction currently has the title and it getting it handled and will get it back to us There is nothing the customer can do at MVD nor any other place As soon as the title is back the vehicle will be permanently registered And [redacted] keeps forgetting to mention that she fraudulently made pay stubs which caused the finance company to cancel the first contract on the vehicle, which delayed all the paperwork weeks more

The [redacted] did purchase a vehicle on 12/27/2014.  When all the financing documents and proof on income was sent to the finance company it had been brought to our attention that [redacted] had fraudulently created pay stubs for her son [redacted] employment.  The finance company wanted to...

pursue court action against the buyers however we convinced them otherwise.  At that time we had asked the [redacted] for the correct pay stubs so we could try and get the vehicle financed with another finance company 3 weeks later we finally obtained financing due to the fraudulent stubs.  The flooring company where the titles are held then sent us the title to be processed for the buyers.  At that time the title work was prepared and sent to a third party MVD service office we use.  The title work was returned because the auction where we had purchased the vehicle had skipped over a lien release being notarized.  The title was immediately sent back to the auction to get taken care of.  In the meantime [redacted] came in to the office he was explained what had happened he said ok.  A few days later [redacted] had called we explained to her the problem.  The third party mvd service office we use has a branch in Heber/Overgaard where the customers live.  I told [redacted] to stop by there and a 30 day plate would be there waiting so they did not have to drive to Show Low and did not have to wait for it in the mail.. She failed to do so.  The office sent it to us and I forwarded it to them in the mail.  Yesterday 2/16/15 [redacted] called the office again and talked to [redacted] who told her the same thing.  She said " OK no problem Thank you."  We have let the customer know every step of the way.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The dealership is lying in regards to talking to either myself or my son.  I spoke to them one time and they explained that the plates had been mailed on 02/12/2015 but as of today 02/20/2015 we have not received the plates or registration for the vehicle.  I called and spoke to a department of motor vehicle representative that tells me that they show no paperwork on that vehicle for myself.  I then called the dealership to speak to them regarding this issue and spoke to [redacted] who claims the dmv is lying and they did what they were supposed to do.  At this time, I must take time off of work to do the job they were paid for.  I will be contacting our finance company to lodge a complaint with them regarding their connection to this dealership.
Regards,
[redacted]
