We bought a car at this place and the biggest mistake we ever made. Had it only 3 months and had multiple problems and they never get fixed. Have had a/c problems since we bought it and still having issues. They take it for a small drive and because the issues we had didn't happen to them they act like we are lying. Want us to take pictures and send to them to prove it. They charge a ridiculous amount of money in interest. This is not a true buy here pay here they finance through a finance company that charges out outrageous interest. Buyers beware I'm telling you save your money and find another place. You can get on their official web site and read other reviews that agree with us.

I brought my friend in couple weeks ago to talk with [redacted]. he's a very nice man. after talking with us about the program the manager, [redacted], interrupted. as [redacted] was talking he was cussing a lot at the same time. as a manager you do not cuss around customers. he was very unprofessional. to say the least, he ran us off due to his vulgar words.

We have bought a van from this company in Columbia tn. When we bought the vehical we also bought the warranty that the sales man said it covered road side assitince and would cover the van for 1 year or 100000 miles it only had 68000 on the van now it was more money every two weeks with the payment but we did BC we have little kids and thought if something ever happened it would be a good idea. So 6 months in to buying the van it had trouble starting. So we called the sent a tow truck and they said it was the GPS so they fixed it. Well every month since then on the same day the van will not start and see are current with payments with auto draft from a bank. They tow it in and they tell me know thing is wrong and they tell me I am wasting there tow truck and time and that I need to figure it out so we call the finance people to see what to do and they say they don't do anything about fixing cars. Now we have no car and still paying for it every two weeks on time and they won't gives us a rental car. I am very up set and if I was u I would not buy from the drive now in Columbia tn.

Incredible to work with.... made buying a car fun and present...will definitely be doing more business with them
