I did a review of this company before I had spent much time with them, and now I feel more comfortable with submitting my thoughts
I bought a car on 6/30/from Drive Now of DicksonAlthough it was not the car I saw on the online inventory, I liked it just fineAfter driving it down the road, I realized the radio was not working, and the service tire monitor was onI went to Alexander of Dickson, where they did not have the time to see meI called Drive Now and told them of my complaints of my new (to me) vehicleIn a few days, the check engine light also came on, and there was an odd noise coming from the dashboardOnce again, I called and let Drive Now know
This all sounds like a horror story, I'm sure; car dealership gets the young girl to buy a car, and then rips the carpet out from under herThis is NOT the case
All of my complaints about my newly purchased vehicles were heardThis company TRULY has their customer service at heartI made an appointment with Alexander to get my car fixed, and they still "didn't have enough time to look at it"As I am a working mother with one vehicle, I did not have the option of leaving my car with the service department of Alexander
I took my car and drove down to Drive Now of Dickson and talked to Gary about the issues I was havingGary put me in a loaner vehicle, and had a tech follow me to the dealership to drop my car offMy car is being taken care of Drive NowThanks to these wonderful, helpful people in this office, my family will have a safe and dependable car againI truly thank Gary, Brittany, and Dan for all of their help in this extremely scary processThey helped ease my anxiety about buying a new car, and I can't say enough about this company's customer service

This is the absolute worst car lot I have ever been to. The employees are disrespectful and They take advantage of anyone that walks through the door. [redacted] is the worst car salesman I have ever seen. And [redacted] the manager has the absolute worst customer service and manners I've ever seen at any business. I'm shocked this establishment is even allowed to operate let alone be credited by the Revdex.com. This place will sell you a faulty car that will break down or malfunctiom in a few months and refuse to repair it by giving you the "run around" and talking in circles. The employees, ownership, and service is exceptionally mediocre, and that is putting it nicely. They rely on an established dealership to fix their mistakes because they cannot since they're "affiliates". Even the affiliate [redacted] Chevrolet thinks they're a joke. They even "jokingly" stated when I went there earlier today that "they get a lot of business from Drive Now." If your affiliate even thinks you're a joke of a business then you really must be awful. they are the worst people I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. I received better customer service and a warmer welcome at [redacted]. These people are fake and will try to squeeze you out of every penny you have. I implore anyone to never attempt buying a vehicle from these "men". I would never recommend buying a car from this sm, not even to my own worst enemy. Also I would guarantee that if you ran a full diagnostic on the cars there only a few would even pass. This place is the definition of trash. It takes a lot for me to do this as well, I try to give every individual the benefit of the doubt and I try to shy away from slander. But this establishment deserves more than what I previously stated above. These people should not be allowed to operate. And I plead with anyone reading this statement to never go here or attempt to buy a car from here.

Question: What can I do to get a formal investigation started on this establishment so they can never manipulate or take advantage of anyone again?
