Review: I started dealing with this company last Wednesday to make an appointment for an installation. The receptionist said that she would call the DMV then call me back in a few minutes to schedule my appointment. Five hours passed, the business closed, and I received no call back. I called the next day, a man answered the phone and told me that the woman handling my case was on the phone but that she would call me back in just a minute. Again, several hours passed with no call back. I called corporate to talk to the supervisor to complain, they asked what location I was calling to complain about and when I said Fremont, I was told that the supervisor had just stepped out and would call me back in a few minutes. A few minutes later I got a call back from the Fremont location (I don't think this was coincidental). The woman finally was able to set up an appointment for today, Wednesday at 11:30. The location is an hour and a half away from my house, so I started driving over at 10. As I turned off the exit for the shop, I received a phone call, at, I kid you not, 11:29am, one minute before my appointment, to inform me that they would not be able to install on my car after all. They told me that no one would be able to because it needs a special part. The next company I called said they would be able to install on my car no problem. I called corporate again to complain about all the time, gas, and money I had wasted because of such unprofessional service, and was again told that the supervisor had stepped out and would call me back in a few minutes. Low and behold I never got called back. I tried calling again an hour later and was told the same thing. Another hour later and my call went directly to voicemail (apparently they are avoiding my calls now), where I left a message informing them of my intent to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: They wasted four hours of my time today, countless more waiting for callbacks, gas driving to their shop, and set me back a week in getting my license back! Most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They charge people $35 for being late to an appointment, so in that same vein, they owe me something for all of my time, energy, and money that they have wasted. I leave it to them how they would like to right this wrong.

Review: They put down the wrong address for themselves on my paperwork and I couldn't get my license. That was a four hour trip to the DMV. It took them several weeks to send the corrected paperwork and at that point the DMV wouldn't issue a license until the date had been updated. Six hour trip to DMV was another fail. Drove all of the way back to draeger drive right. Was told there was nothing they could do...now have to keep the breathalyzer in my car for an extra two months and they offered no refund, apology or help.

WE INSTALLED HIS DEVICE ON 5/8/2013. TECHNICIAN FILLED OUT THE CUSTOMERS DL FORM INCORRECTLY. THE CUSTOMER DID NOT CONTACT US UNTIL 6/24/2013 OVER 1 1/2 MONTHS LATER TO REQUEST A NEW DL FORM. AT THIS TIME WE OFFERED TO MAIL OUT A NEW FORM WITH CORRECTION AND DID SO TO CORECT THE PROBLEM. CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE FORM 1 WEEK LATER.

BY THE TIME THE CUSTOMER TOOK HIS DL FORM TO THE DMV IT WAS OVER 60 DAYS FROM THE INSTALL DATE. THAT DL WAS NO LONGER VALID AND HE HAD TO REQUEST A 3RD COPY WITH REVISED DATES. SERVICED CUSTOMER AT SAN FERNANDO LOCATION ACCOMMODATE. CUSTOMER.

THIS IS NO FAULT OF DRIVE RIGHT EVEN THOUGH THE INFORMATION WAS INCORRECT THE FIRST TIME AND WE MADE EVERY ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THE ERROR. THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT TURN IN HIS DL FORM UNTIL 2 MONTHS LATER.
