? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I do agree that the class portion has been completed.? We do have one additional appointment with Drive Rite scheduled for 30MAY17, I am trusting that the business will comply with this appointment since they have fulfilled the previous agreement.? Regards, [redacted]

This student began the educational portion of our program on 07/13/and completed the education on 07/22/Students were informed at the end of each week and updated on the status of our behind-the-wheel scheduling efforts On July 22nd (the last day the student was in our classroom), they were informed that we, at this point in time, were scheduling behind-the-wheel sessions ½ weeks out (08/24/2015) and that they (the student) should contact drive-rite in three weeks (08/10/2015) to initiate our scheduling effortsThe next contact with the student was on 09/10/at which time our Scheduler scheduled his behind-the-wheel sessions, four weeks laterSummers are the busiest season in driver’s education evidenced by our having two sessions per day (morning and evening) and delays in scheduling have taken place all of the seventeen years I’ve been involved with driver education As far as one of Associates promising to get back (initiating the contact) is questionable at best and the fact that this Associate has been involved with driver education for thirty-four years is hard for me to believeThe student’s behind-the-wheel sessions were scheduled beginning on 10/19, ending on 10/22/ His Temporary Permit expired on 10/25/2015, a fact over which we had no involvement, but we were concerned because of the lateness of his attendance and behind-the-wheel This complaint was filed with the Revdex.com on 10/22/2015, the day he completed his trainingRespectfully submitted, WJ***Executive Director

received for student [redacted] signed off on by Parent/Legal Guardian [redacted]. A reference to [redacted] was made as a Parent and Additional Contact on the Medical Release Form. There was no mention of [redacted] as Step Mother. At registration, [redacted] was asked about payment and we were told that we would hear the next day (Tuesday, January 12") which we did.On Tuesday (not Monday), January 12" (not 11") we heard from [redacted] (no mention of a change in last name until we received the Revdex.com Complaint) regarding payment. She gave us Credit Card information and we responded with our standard credit card policy (17 years in place) of 50% upon registration and the balance on the 5th scheduled classroom session and that none of the behind-the-wheel sessions could/would be scheduled until drive-rite had full payment in full without comment (at that time) from [redacted]. We also informed [redacted] that a 3.00% upcharge would be added to compensate for credit card processing charges. WE then took $203.94 out on January 12th and $203.94 out on January 19th (5th scheduled classroom Session).Drive-rite does not, nor have we ever had a “Ryan” working here, but, for the last 7 months have had a Randy working here. Randy has 34 years of experience in driver education/training and in his experience at drive-rite has never made statements outside of our policies, most of which have been in-place for the entire history of drive-rite (17 years). Randy had a through indoctrination in our policies and in my observation, if he is not comfortable with one of them, turns clients over to me and listens to my explanations for clarity. As far as the other claims being made against drive-rite, I believe we have stated our policies that all clients have adhered to for our history. that were not extended to you. I, as the Executive Director of drive-rite, trusted our associates to tell ALL students conditions at our school (Snow and delays in scheduling). Further, we would like to THANK YOU for all five of your children that have attended drive-rite over the years and trust they have been taught defensive driving that will keep them safe in the years ahead and to demonstrate our concern, I would appreciate having [redacted] do her behind-the-wheel training with me. 6/6/17 -- Spoke with Mr. N[redacted], owner of business. He states that the student informed the business that he supposedly lost his license. Business requests between 25-30 hours behind the wheel. This student had none. Business took student out twice. Student said he was going to drive with his mother...

for a couple of weeks. Consumer (mother) does not see it that way at all. Business has called her at least 3 times. Business states they have done their portion. Student should be done by Thursday with certificate of completion.

Spoke with Mr. Neary, owner. He stated that he had been out of town for a couple of weeks. He said that this matter has been resolved. The son has completed the program. There was perhaps a misunderstanding with the parents of how the program works.

This student began the educational portion of our program on 07/13/2015 and completed the education on 07/22/2015. Students were informed at the end of each week and updated on the status of our behind-the-wheel scheduling efforts.  On July 22nd (the last day the student was in our classroom),...

they were informed that we, at this point in time, were scheduling behind-the-wheel sessions 4 ½ weeks out (08/24/2015) and that they (the student) should contact drive-rite in three weeks (08/10/2015) to initiate our scheduling efforts. The next contact with the student was on 09/10/2015 at which time our Scheduler scheduled his behind-the-wheel sessions, four weeks later. Summers are the busiest season in driver’s education evidenced by our having two sessions per day (morning and evening) and delays in scheduling have taken place all of the seventeen years I’ve been involved with driver education.  As far as one of Associates promising to get back (initiating the contact) is questionable at best and the fact that this Associate has been involved with driver education for thirty-four years is hard for me to believe. The student’s behind-the-wheel sessions were scheduled beginning on 10/19, ending on 10/22/2015  His Temporary Permit expired on 10/25/2015, a fact over which we had no involvement, but we were concerned because of the lateness of his attendance and behind-the-wheel.  This complaint was filed with the Revdex.com on 10/22/2015, the day he completed his training. Respectfully submitted,  W. J. [redacted]Executive Director

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The message from Drive Rite is lying-said Mr. N[redacted] the owner of the business said my son had lost his license. My son is 16 and has never had a license so how could he lose it? I have been letting my son practice driving before he met with Mr. N[redacted]. I received 2 rude phone calls from Drive Rite. The first one was one of the instructors saying he was out of the office and he would have to look at the calendar to schedule my son. I told him okay. He called back the next day. He brought up an appointment time to schedule on Memorial day and I told him we will be out of town. He then proceeded to be rude and mentioned that I called the Revdex.com and he just wants to get this over with. I told him to let me stop your right there, and that I would rather him e-mail me since he can't control his temper. I had Drive Rite send me e-mails concerning the appointment times for my son to practice driving with them so there would be a paper trail. My son did finish his last 2 hours with them today. However, this case is not closed. He still has to take his driver's test with them to receive his license. I would like to make sure that they won't try to fail him because they are mad that I contacted the Revdex.com. This company is not trustworthy.  Regards,
Kimberly Simmons
