Review: This business provides poor communication and overall is not responsive to customer requests and needs. The business states that it will work around teen sports etc. schedules, pick teens up from school or home and drive Saturdays from 8am. We were offered none of the above. We began receiving shoddy email information from [redacted]. He told us that we had to drive to their [redacted] location. [redacted] offered schedules that did not agree with my son's sports practices and games. 8am on Saturday was not offered as we were told that they don't begin driving until 9 even although the original information stated 8am. We received schedules that were inaccurate and my child was not even listed. Without approval from me regarding the schedule, this company had a driver call my son on a Sunday without warning that he was coming to pick him up. I spoke with the owner, Ashby Owens who promised to correct the situation or refund my money. I agreed to give them another chance. We agreed to begin drivers Ed after sports concluded, possibly as late as the summer. I called the business on May 18th to begin the process of scheduling as sports had abruptly concluded due to loss of a conference. The gentleman on the phone told me, " you will need to go back through your old emails and re-start the conversation" - I found this to be offensive being that I had had all of the previous issues of poor communication before. I asked him to help me coordinate over the phone as I had already paid the $250 two months ago and had received nothing but difficulties. I asked [redacted] to have Ashby Owens call me. No call from Ashby, but a call from [redacted] wanting to schedule my son. I explained that I wanted a return call from the owner, a full refund and in no way wanted to work with their company. [redacted] became argumentative with me, requesting proof of my interactions with them and said that they would keep $50 of my money for their efforts. I am requesting a FULL refund as I now have to find a new company to provide my son with behind the wheel education.

As of today, May 20th, still have not received a return call from the owner Ashby Owens.Desired Settlement: A full refund asap- this company has kept my money since March 18th, 2016

Attached find a signed contractor by the complainant. Refer to page 3 regarding fees for client termination. Note the fee is $75. Complainant acknowledges in her complaint that numerous correspondences and schedules were provided. Each of which were rejected. A last attempt to fulfill our obligation was recently rejected and the complainant requested a refund. Due to administration fees involved with corresponding and scheduling we will withhold $50 for client termination of the contract. The fee collected was $250, therefore we will refund $200 immediately.

I am not satisfied with this response per my full explanation listed above. I am very disappointed in the manner in which this company does business and I will share my experiences with administration at my son's school. If there are other actions that can be taken within the Revdex.com please let me know, I want to protect other consumers.
