We are so sorry about the unfortunate event of having your sump pumps fail. As you know with our warranty, we will replace them at no cost including pump, trip charge, and installation. When you contacted us in June, the person you emailed has not worked here for over a year and unfortunately...

we no longer have access to that email. Once we spoke with you in July we did schedule service and repaced the sump pump's as you stated.  I have since called the company who helped with the water extraction due to pump failure. I called and negotiated a much more reasonable price for the water extraction and it has been taken care of. We are again so sorry you had this very rare experience with us.
