This is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered.They are heartless! inconsiderate!,bias and don't seem to care about their customers.I had bad feelings the first day I purchased a vehicle from them based on the service and treatment I received from the managers and staff,but I really needed a vehicle at that time.Beware and be careful when choosing this company,do your research,stay away from low esteem,harassing companies.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Review: This complaint is regarding an issue of Harassment of two employees that are emplyed by Driveit Financial Services. The employee names are [redacted] and [redacted]. The company has called and demanded to speak with a supervisor and due to their demanded demeanor over the phone they were able to speak with one. The company has put my job at risk. I requested to turn the vehicles back in to them and they denied the request and have threaten to sue me. This has put a great amount of stress on me and my family. I have tried to come up with a solution to effectively comminciate with this company however they continue to harrass me with threatening actions. Other co-workers that have answered the phone have informed me that the company is rude and aggressive and have told them if they know me personally to contact me by phone or text. All of this is a form of harrassment and I would like you to contact this company to let them know this is unethical business practices and this type of complaint will have a negative impact on their business.Desired Settlement: All of this is a form of harrassment and I would like you to contact this company to let them know this is unethical business practices and this type of complaint will have a negative impact on their business. I would like return the vehicles and no longer be assoiciated with this company.

Review: I bought my car from my car agent,months later the company went bankrupt. I never received letters however within the first month my check engine light came on over ten times. I was declined to return my car. Afterwards I gained information from drive it financial that my car agent went bankrupt. My first complaint is that I have no reciepts with a balance on them in simply making payments and have no clue what I have left and this company refused to tell me what I had left until I was almost 1,000 behind they sold me a deal after I lost my job to give them 500 of it and redo my loan I agreed to not have my car taken at this point I was two years into my car loan when it showed that I had only payed 2,000 how is that possible with a 360 car note and after placing 500 to redo as well as 1500 when I first got it... Very fishy where is my money going ? Now I'm paying 300 but I have a additional 4 years to pay I'm no expert on loans but I am being ripped off. I can't do a lemon law on a 2005 but why am I paying for a 2016? Not to mention I am being harassed I get calls the day of my due date and harassed that I'll get my car taken. One lady in particular has stated that I'm just another name on her list... As a customer who is paying my dues... Why do I need such unprofessional treatment, today I asked to speak with her manager and that was pointless sense she consigned with her employer Long story short the MANAGER told me that if I don't like it then I should go with my bank...I need professional helpDesired Settlement: I need to know if I'm being ripped off ? If these documents are real or fraud? I need my reciepts to have a balance on them ? I want to know how to go with a different company if I can't get help !
